Dunkin'

This place gave me less of what I got. I got a frozen chocolate and they gave me less of the cup. I looked at them and said "usually you guys fill it to the top." Then the worker asked "would you like more whipped cream?" I said no and drove away. Then I remember the SAME THING happened last week. Hope management sees this.

I happened to stop in this location with an old friend on Tuesday 2/12. We had just gotten our nails done nearby and still wanted time to catch up and wandered over. I don't drink coffee and was not hungry, so my friend did not want me to feel obligated to stay and we were about to leave. JC was an outstanding employee that day! When he heard I didn't drink coffee, he was quick to give me other options and give us reasons to stay. His quick thinking resulted in business that would otherwise not have occurred. Great job JC!! As a small business owner myself, everyone needs employees like you. 🙂

I keep going there because it's the most convenient DD to go to. My experience (2/26) was the best when the medium Latte for $2 wasnt working, a cashier told me i could get an iced coffee 1/2 off. So I took that, and as she is getting me my drink she gets a free donut for me and apologized for the wait/inconvenience. I had been standing there for almost 5 mins but appreciated the patience and service.

This Dunkin Doughnuts is always fast and delicious. The most recent time I went a man named JC served me and he was amazing. Super nice and professional and made me feel like he was actually happy to see me. It's rare you find people like that these days, especially at fast food restaurants. Great service.
