Placed an online order for delivery, but then I got a call saying that they didn't have any drivers that evening. Fine, I just wanted some pizza and it's sort of on the way home.
I get there five minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and pay. After taking my money, they decided to tell me there would be an additional ten minute wait for my food. Don't bother with this location; it's not worth the hassle.
Edit: got home and one of my pizzas wasn't even close to fully baked. What a mess.

After we ordered online for delivery, they called to tell us that they apparently don't have drivers. We decide to pick it up. Then, we get there a few minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready and pay, they tell us that it's going to be another 10 minutes.
EDIT: We get the pizza home and it's not cooked and is missing the buttery topping it was supposed to have.
And the cinnasticks aren't cooked either

Placed an online order for delivery, driver showed up with food but was missing an entire order of wings. He said he would be back with them then called my phone to say the manager went off on him and said they would just credit my account instead of bringing my wings. Totally cool. I get that in a rush things are often forgotten. I've worked delivery before myself. I just called the shop to confirm that I would be refunded and the manager had the nastiest attitude with me and proceeded to insult the delivery driver and accuse him of eating my wings before hanging up on me. Why would you tell a customer this???? the driver arrived promptly and I saw no evidence of wing eating on his face or hands. I hope this kid finds a better job because it's a shame to have work under such shifty management that won't take responsibility for their own actions.............update the manager now called me back and said she swears she made the wings and the driver only went on one other delivery before coming to my home. I don't see the need to connect the dots. Why not either make the wings or refund my money for them?
It is now two hours since initially ordering and I don't have all my food or a refund for the food I never received. We need to do better as people. Playin with my pizza and wings is playin with my emotions.
Beyond that after opening the food up and inspecting it, it's all under cooked. After speaking with the manager "Delilah" I was to told to put it in my oven and finish cooking it. Sorry I coulda swore that's what I payed you guys to do.
Now I'm being offered no refund no credit nothing. I was told I would be called back. 30mins later still waiting. No wings and undercooked pizza. I can't believe this.
I'm about to bring the food back and continue this debate in person.

What is going on at this store? I placed a delivery order a few weeks ago on a Saturday night and never received it. I complained the next day and received a coupon for a free pizza. I figured something really bad must have happened that night, and the manager must have simply forgotten to call me, explain the situation and apologize. So I gave them a second chance tonight, a Tuesday night, figuring they won't be as busy. Here I am, two hours after the promised delivery time, no pizza, no phone call. What kind of business just ignores its customers? How is this OK???

This pizza Hut is one of the best pizza huts around They are always busy, but always friendly, fast, and efficient. I was only once disappointed when I got the wrong pizza, but they immediately made the order correct and gave us the right pizza. The pizza is always delicious, and always fixed however you request it. Best of all is the price. They frequently have a Whether you have carry out or delivery, you will not be disappointed. And they have other menu choices too- not just pizza.

This place never finishes your order on time. Don't bother if you want your pizza on time.
This location used to be great in the past. Always had your pizza on time, tasted great, awesome. As of the last few months though, it has never been on time. They say 10-20 minutes, yet nearly four times my family has waited upwards 40+ minutes... and then the damn pizza is messed up! To hell with it- if we can't find another Pizza Hut, we're getting Papa Johns from now on. Unreal!

Couple months ago I ordered 1 pizza they called me after 15 minutes and told me their system is down and they can’t make my order that day, so since I paid for it they told me to come next day to pick it up and they will refund me the money for delivery+ tips which they never did the manager said $9 will be in my account for next purchase and that never happened. This past Saturday I was trying to get the deal they had large pizza for $5.99 two toppings but for delivery they said it’s only for carry out it was fine there was another deal for $7.99 two toppings for delivery and the reason I wanted delivery bcuz I had guests over can’t leave them alone otherwise I would have picked up myself after I made my order and paid for delivery+tips they called me back for no delivery guy so my husband went and picked it up they said to him they refunded me the money for delivery+tips till now it doesn’t show that in my bank my husband asked if we can buy it for $5.99 which is carry out since it’s same deal they said no. Never going to order pizza from here again I’m so disappointed from them plus the pizza wasn’t good as usually it does.

Today 10/18/2018 me and my wife decided we wanted pizza hut. My wife placed the order online for pick-up because this location does not deliver to our location. When I arrived there was an older guy boxing up an pizza and stated someone would be with me shortly! I noticed a young lady by the name of Jasmine in the back of the kitchen socializing with another person. Jasmine then comes to the front asked for my name, gave me my receipt and said my order would be up shortly. Jasmine continues to talk to the older gentleman while he prepares several orders.
We have always ordered from this location and have always been satisfied with the food. I did not check the 2 large pizzas and bread sticks before leaving this time which was a big mistake! As I was leaving I noticed the older CHEF that was boxing up pizzas was also leaving out behind me to DELIVER pizzas. Once I got home we noticed one pizza was totally burnt, the other one was barely done and the bread sticks were SOOOO hard that they sounded like drum sticks against the counter. My wife called back and requested the manger! The lady who answered was named Jasmine and said HI I AM THE MANAGER HOW CAN I HELP YOU... My wife explained the issue and Jasmine apologized stating she would apply a $20 credit to are account and would redo our order. Again we stay outside of their deliver area so we asked could we be compensated for the inconvenience of having to drive 20 min back to picked the new order up! Jasmine stated she would have the pizza delivered with no problem. Jasmine spoke of this around 9:45pm. Around 10:30pm we had not gotten a call from the delivery guy so we decided to call multiple times. No one picked up each time. It is now 11:35pm and we just heated the barely done pizza in the oven so our kids could eat and go to bed because they have school tomorrow.
THANKS JASMINE FOR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE GOTTEN IN A LONG TIME FROM A SO CALLED MANAGER!!!!
