Mount Prospect Pancake House

3 of us ordered the same skirt steak and egg breakfast, all 3 of us had noticeably different sized steaks, one of the steaks was ordered rare and arrived well done, when we sent it back the replacement was medium. Had to ask for butter with the pancakes, and for refills of coffee. The table top was sticky to the touch but looked clean. There are too many other restaurants in the area that do a better job. The owner came to talk with us and attempted to correct everything immediately. We might give it one more try.
