Starbucks

It is located in a crowded area and may be a little inconvenient to park. However, it is easy to access because it is a place where many people come and go, and there is a delicious restaurant nearby, so it is good for drinking coffee after eating. This place is always crowded with customers, but the drinks are given as ordered, and I think the coffee tastes better.

An older lady with died red hair wouldn’t serve my sister food or even water in the store. They kicked her out and someone brought water to her outside. At LEAST. The reason being was that she was being funny with her guy friend by taking his sandwich and pretending like he wasn’t gonna get it. The guy friend was playing along and let the lady know that it is okay as they are friends being funny. The red hair lady told the friend “she didn’t listen to my orders and now you’re sticking up for her”. The lady didn’t care and kicked her out and didn’t serve her. My sister is in middle school, and other children she didn’t know in the store even came up to her to apologize for the ladies behavior, and even gave her some of their food. My sister was not being distributive, just having a moment with her friend. Seems absurd to get into their conversation and serve my sisters friends, but not my sister. All because my sister took her friends sandwich??? WHAT IN THE WORLD?????

This Starbucks is conveniently located right across the street from the Metra train station in Mount Prospect. The service is always great, even at busy times. The staff are nice and friendly. The last time I went in there, they had run out of a flavor shot I really wanted, so they kindly made me a fancier coffee blend drink at no additional charge. They also took the time to check my two Starbucks gift card balances for me. There are plenty of tables inside, and in summer they will put a small seating area outside.

Very unhelpful. They don’t care about their customers. All they and Uber eats care about is money. They don’t care that your coffee is just sitting there not being picked up by the Uber driver. As long as they made the drinks, they can’t help you if Uber doesn’t pick it up. Placed an order more than $50+, waited for the order for 30 minutes, still said it was being prepared, no courier to pick up the order. Called the store to see if they’d be any help. Not at all. Couldn’t even be bothered to at least pretend that they care.
