Naf Naf Grill

EDIT: I recently started to come to this place again. The staff has changed and are very nice and attentive people. The quality of the food has also changed, everything tastes fresh. This used to be a very good place. Now it's just pretty decent. The employees are rude. They never say things to your face, they either tall behind your back in another language or say something under their breath. I went to lunch there, they overfilled my pita. When I complained, the lady said "well you asked for it." I told the manager about this situation in front of the lady. These people also throw away your receipts without asking you if you want it or not. Maybe they fear the complaints. Staff here really needs to learn how to be polite.

I have a serious love of this place. Everything is so fresh and tasty. Def get the fries - cant go wrong. And also, pro tip... order one of the bowls that comes with the pita included on the side because you get much more fillings. If is the same stuff, but you can stuff it all in there yourself. And then, you don't have to worry about the pita integrity when choosing which of the delicious fillings you want. You can have them all!

The meats are always fresh, and the flavors are very unique compared to other fast food. Has quickly become one of my favorite lunch spots. Only downside is the allergy handling has changed, and my very gluten-intolerant partner can no longer eat here. The cross contamination of gluten has become enough to trigger reaction, so we can no longer come here together. Still a solid place to eat and doesn't stop me from coming by solo!

Food is mostly good Which is why they are getting 3 stars or else would’ve been less. Over all experience is unreliable and inconsistent. One time they won’t have their fries available because they “shut the machine down”. Another time they had closed at 8:15 pm on a Saturday due to a carbon monoxide issue, fine will give them a pass although their employee was in there cleaning so that’s a mystery. Another time went in and no one was in front, waited about 2 min for them to finish joking about in the back until they came to the front. Last straw was a 9:52pm arrival time and doors were closed. When I called they said they’re “not obligated to stay open until 10pm and can lock the doors at 9:45pm if they want as it takes Time to clean”. If that’s the case Naf Naf, then put “9:45pm” on the door, don’t fool people like me that they’ll get a meal when they won’t.
