The two girls/hostesses working on 6/17 around 6p were a) useless b) rude and c) had the worst attitudes you could have on a busy Friday night. Came in expecting to be helped per usual but after a few minutes, they didn’t acknowledge us. When I finally asked if this is where you put your name on the list, I was rudely told to wait a moment. For what? Who knows because she just left me hanging there. The lobby is small and had servers coming in and out in addition to customers. Since I was not standing off to either side of the entryway because I was waiting to get helped, the other hostess told me to “wait over on the side so I don’t get knocked over.” Really?! This is how you talk to customers? Next time learn some business acumen or get some real people skills by talking to customers in a nice and respectful tone. Otherwise, you should take up another career choice not involving people, restaurants or paying patrons. This place is a joke. Wound up going down the street to a place that had a nicer, more mature hostess and overall better environment.

My husband & I have been looking for our “go to, local, privately owned” Italian restaurant. We think we found it at Canta Napoli in Mt. Prospect, IL. I had a spinach & sausage pizza that was delish & hubby had shells with peas, mushrooms & added Italian sausage in a light lemon cream sauce…to die for!!! Everything was freshly made & when you’ve been to a busy restaurant you can tell when they cut corners & microwave you pasta 😖. You won’t find that here! After speaking with our server, Ashley (who was the BEST) she told us they don’t even have a microwave!!! We can’t wait to go back!

Been there twice for family gatherings and always had a great experience and awesome food. Lost an earring there, and while it may have seemed like an insignificant gold hoop, it was the first gift my boyfriend got me 14yrs ago. They took the time to find it for me while they were cleaning. Can't thank them enough.

A very nice environment with a nice ambiance, service was great, very attentive. And food was great as well, tried a wood fire pizza which was very well made, and of course bruscetta. Had a few drinks nice cocktails (Manhattan's) and it was a very nice experience overall 👌

Had a wonderful evening here celebrating my daughter's birthday. This place would deserve 5 stars, however I had to deduct one because of service. It was early on a Friday evening and they still weren't that busy so there's no excuse for our table being neglected. Food was great. My 3 kids ordered the pizza and were able to go to the oven and create their masterpieces with toppings. Their pizzas came super fast and they enjoyed them. My husband and I ordered two full size pizzas and it seemed to take forever to get them. We asked twice about our order thinking maybe it got forgotten-- each time we are assured that it was coming. It seems very strange that 3 kids sized pizzas take 5 minutes to come to the table and two adult size pizzas take over 30 minutes. Aside from the extremely slow service we had a nice evening. I would recommend that you stay on top of your order and don't be afraid to give your server friendly reminders that you are hungry :)

Great place for Happy Hour! Individual sized pizzas were delicious, wine prices were cheap and bread with dinner was an added bonus. Definitely plan on returning.

Scallops were perfect! Napoli pizza was good. Bucatini was calling me, but I settled for Capesante Al Limone. Nice surroundings. Friendly staff. Live music with guitarist Joe Corrado tonight.
