Nothing Bundt Cakes

I love Nothing Bundt Cakes! I ordered my boyfriend’s birthday cake here, and discovered he had never had one before which made it even better! The red velvet is my favorite especially because it comes with chocolate chips. This location was friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. If you haven’t had NBC, it’s a must try. Super moist and rich with the frosting. Perfect cake for celebrations!

Came there for years all the way from Harwood Heights for the cakes. Several times had leadership in question but staff was nice and made up for it. But, was entering over Christmas, only to be told by an entire group of customers walking out that the backroom was in chaos, poorly run and mismanaged and staff was in total disarray. Upon entering I asked a few I recognized what was going on.They said if this current ownership wasn't leaving beginning of year they'd all quit. Hopefully the new owner will be better at management going forward. I enjoy the product but never liked the management/ownership.

I have ordered items from this location since they opened for every holiday or party we attend. Service has been good, but today was an extreme disappointment, and quite frankly there are many other unique places in town now that I'll order from going forward. I admittedly made a mistake on my online order for pick up on the 24th, instead of the 23rd for a party. My husband asked if there was any way they could accommodate us and fill the order today. He was lied to & told "sorry we don't even have any bundtlets left for today". When he asked about the singles in the case, he was told those aren't for sale. The best they said they could do was fill our order tomorrow at 2pm. They were for a party tonight, so we canceled. On a suspicion, I went online to order my exact prior request and low and behold I was able to place my order for pick up that very same day in an hour. If I wasn't in a pinch, I would have looked elsewhere for something to bring to the party. I understand the store is busy, but shame on you for lying and not trying to accommodate our order. If you truly couldn't accommodate the order, I wouldn't have been this unhappy, because it was initially my mistake. However, lying about availability for whatever reason, when I was able to place another order online for pick up an hour later, is poor business practice.

Incredibly moist and delicious. Haven't tasted a flavor I don't like. The Red Velvet and White Chocolate Raspberry are very decadent. Definitely a great choice for a nice and easy dessert that looks as good as it tastes. Staff was very friendly. Inviting and clean store. Glad a friend referred me.
