I go to Chicken Express all the time, but the last three visit have been horrible. All three visit they forgot something in my order, rolls, hush puppies, tarter sauce. I asked for a 2 piece fish combo and I only got one piece of fish. Then there is no apology or nothing when I have to wait on them to correct the order. These people are running this business down, I definitely won’t be back.

Honestly if I could give less I would but I can't. I understand restaurants run out of food especially fast food restaurants but let somebody know. Don't ignore your drive through for 15 plus minutes while you and your coworkers are laughing and playing/shoving each other around when have a drive through line backed up to the road. All you had to do was open the window and communicate.

Poor customer service! Terrible ridiculous experience. They literally argued with me about a side of ranch that I paid for and then did not give me my full order. I had to go through my entire bag to prove the ranch was not in there for them to then give it to me. Instead of just giving me what I paid and asked for they said it's already in the bag. Total lack of effort. Then I had to drive back for my drink that I did not get. When I mentioned the ranch situation and my missing drink to the manager on duty, they all looked at me craY and said "well there is a policy that we get in trouble for giving extra sauce. My problem is that is was not extra. It was my sauce, I paid for it and now here I am having to come back. I did not appreciate the poor experience. I do not even recall an apology because they made me so mad. The other excuse was passing the blame. The window guy said he didn't bag my food. That was my point on lack of effort. After i searched my bag i said it's not in here and he handed it to me. If an extra ranch is going to break you then maybe you should not be in business! Treating customers this way is a lot more harmful to your business.

This is my hometown Chicken Express and their customer service has gotten worse through the years! I requested gravy as instructed on their drive board only to not get gravy in either order not the first time either. Everytime we order a family meal and ask for all basket they still give us what they want. Them I called to complain about this trip and they just sit there quietly on the phone ultimately offer a bs apology.

We have eaten at chicken express on multiple occasions. It's extremely frustrating when you unload everyone from the vehicle and walk up to dine and the doors are locked at 8pm. They seem to randomly lock the doors whenever they please. Lobby hours should be posted on the door.

I love Chicken E, but these last few times we've gone it seems like everyone working there hates their job. Rude and no customer service. Not getting getting the order right is one thing but getting mad when you go back to ask for what you already paid for that they forgot is poor. Will not be coming back. Very disappointing.
