I drove to this sonic because I've always had great food there. Well not today. I ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 medium onion rings. Well , apparently they were out of onion rings. But the gave me a card with 2 free onion rings . Ok I'm good with that . I. Got the food home and it was terrible. Fries were cold and soggy. The burgers were not any better. My burger had 3 pieces of lettuce the size of a postage stamp. 1 tomato slice the size of a golf ball. And the meat was almost burnt on one side and dry as a cork. My wife's wasn't any better. I guess I will Markoff another restaurant not to go to again

Very friendly service. Seemed a bit understaffed at my visit. So it was not as quick as normal. Will definitely be back to try the new pickle Burger thing.

Very poor service, got our order of sweet tea wrong. Then took 20 minutes to bring out the right order of two sweet teas and did not really even offer a good excuse or apology.

Very slow service. No one answered the speaker until I said something after a couple of minutes. Once I drove to the window, no one was there and it took several minutes before I saw anyone and several more before receiving drinks. All we ordered were 2 drinks and a blast.

I don't think the company cares about this location. Only drive thru was open because of staffing. Do what it takes Sonic to hire enough staff!

Compared to my favorite Sonic this one needs some training in the customer service dept. And in the smiles dept. Y'all need to go see how they do it at N. Jefferson location and be more like them. Y'all are rude, slow and 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong. Y'all need to just smile more and I promise your day will be better ..... however I try my best to avoid this Sonic it's not so good quality anything
