Whataburger

On our trip to Oklahoma we stopped here to go to the bathroom because we thought Starbucks was closed on memorial day but they were not because we found out later. Oh well. This Whataburger was not good because their bathrooms men and women were ugly and maintained. Both my wife and I were not happy. Also I had a Starbucks cup from before we left home and I wanted to fill it with ice water but when I was doing it the employee and a manager were watching me. I can only assume that they had problems with people stealing drinks and not paying for it. Yeah it was weird.

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. Customer service was trash. Drove 35 minutes, just to get a cold meal. I requested my chicken strip sandwich fresh , and a substitute for bbq sauce , but wanted to charge me .95 . On top of my fries being EXTREMELY COLD. Like HOW???????????? I will ever EAT AT THIS WHATABURGER EVER AGAINNNNNNNN!!! Idc if I have to go to bed hungry , this will not be an option !!!!!!! Luckily I’m just visiting, but what a bad EXPERIENCE!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

I’m going to preface this by saying that I’ve been going to this specific Whataburger for YEARS. Typically, they seem to actually do better overnight and have a pretty good overnight crew until here in the past 6-8 weeks. I am not sure what changed, but they have really fallen off their game. Twice now I’ve gotten the wrong order entirely. Several times, we’ve been missing napkins, straws, or requested salsa. One night we even got someone else’s complete order! We were so tired and upset that we didn’t want to drive back up there to fix it. I really hope that they can fix this because my husband works overnights and this is the only fast food open late in this town.
