This Burger King always have such nice people at the window, which is rare nowadays. The food is decent and the service is usually always good.

The lady was really nice, they weren't making anymore crispy chicken for the night but we pulled up and had a mobile order and they put it in anyway even though it was for the chicken, even though they were getting ready to close and it took a 10 minutes wait, while we waited the lady running the window even offered us a free drink while we waited. There was no ketchup dispenser, but they had plenty of ketchup packets in a bin.

For a fast food restaurant, it was really good. Happy and friendly employees, efficient ordering and quick food ready time. The food was hot, restaurant was clean, and atmosphere was relaxed. Well done.

The food was pretty good before I found out how many dietary restrictions I have to maintain, it would be nice if they still sent us ads by mail. We haven't gotten any in years and I love their shakes since most of the cereal is corn based not wheat.

I was there last night around 10:30 with my boyfriend and friend, with 2 separate orders and only 3 employees on the floor. They did amazing and got it out pretty decently fast for what I was expecting. I don’t know any of their names but the guy taking our orders was awesome and patient with us, since we aren’t the brightest bunch. He had amazing customer service with only 2 others to help. I didn’t get a chance to talk to the other 2 but they did an amazing job getting our orders out as fast as they did.

It's Welcome Back Weekend and all Mt Pleasant residents now how busy that is. Some friends and I decided to go get some food last night, and we ordered quite a bit. The employee on the headset (Devan) politely informed us they only had three employees, and yet with the business and stress of running an understaffed restaurant, our food was still prepared quickly, accurately, and handed off to us in a friendly manner. Much different to my experience at another Burger King in town, I am impressed by the service of the night crew on 9/27/21 and will be returning to this restaurant in the future. Definitely recommended for travellers passing through Mount Pleasant on Mission 😁
