The Owosso MI store has improved so much before and since Covid. The weekday staff are on it! Thank you to whomever ever fixed this store. Weekends are still a little rough around the edges, but hopefully, that is a work in progress also!

I love this Tim hortons, they are a struggling company that try their hardest to get what there customers want, also, it's a coffee shop, no a donut shop, stop about the food.

Glad to see that the drive-thru is open again, but donuts and customized coffee beverages for a large family is far easier at a lobby walk up instead of trying to get orders from the back of the van and call them in through a microphone. Can't wait till the lobby is opened up again.

Hadn't been there in a while. Seems to be like a lot of places. Reduced hours of operation and hiring. The staff was pleasant and gave me the special bogo I had known nothing about. Coffee was good. Buy one get one donuts for granddaughters a winner.

I'm a loyal Tim Hortons coffee-nista! Love Tim Hortons and my Extra Large Dark Roast Coffee w/Cream. I moved so the Mission Street location does not offer the extra large so I had to downsize to large.

They have the best coffee in town at a reasonable price. The drive through line was long but went very quickly. Friendly cashier at the window.

They have the best mocha Ice Capps I've ever had and today I got one for free as there card machine didn't work properly... they didn't even accept my cash..... 👍😍

Easy in, easy out. The staff is great here. You can customize your order and they'll accommodate. If you're a regular they'll learn that and remember how you want things. That's a huge plus if you're willing to provide feedback over time. I strongly recommend their bagels, and I recommend them grilled over toasted. I also love their tea selection. But their coffee is good too!

I LOVE Tim Hortons! This particular one has to be my favorite tho. The staff is always helpful and nice and treat you like the actually want you to be there! I have never been unsatisfied leaving! They have a clean place to sit and eat a great,amazing,yummy selection!!
