I was a long time Dominos ordering person. After the last 3 bad experiences with them I thought I would try Pizza Hut Mount Pleasant. The team in this store is incredible… the food comes fast and is always great. I will never use Dominos again as they could never top Pizza Hut. Great job PH team you have my business for ever!!!

Both of our pizzas didn’t have marinara sauce which we ordered. Also the bottom crust was still very doughy. This is not typical but was disappointed!

The staff was great, but this branch needs improved staffing, and improved ingredient planning. Pan crust is always out of stock, and the few staff members working cannot keep up with orders or deliveries.

This pizza hut has its act together for carryout. Dinner box has the right contents, was made on time, was made to spec (as in, how pizza hut pizza is supposed to come out), and staff was pleasant.
On the scale of pizza huts, that's 5 stars as all four things I expect out of a pizza hut were met.

Recently renovated looks good had a hiccup with the app, didn't clearly say my order was taken so accidently made a second order but a member of pizza but called me only moments after and started I had two identical orders and asked if I needed both after clarifying he started to not "receive" the second order and it would refund my card which it did. Always nice to get cheap food with great service.

I placed my order online using my phone and didn't realize that I ordered more pizzas than I meant to (because I wasn't paying attention). Fortunately I was near the store when I placed it and was able to get there just minutes after I placed the order and explained what happened. Anie was very courteous, understanding and gracious! She happily got me just what I intended to order. Even though it was my mistake, she made sure she took care if me and that I was happy. Thank you very much! Oh, and the pizza was awesome!
