Update today 11-07-2023. perfect clean, new chairs, table, but food is too small meal , chicken supremes is too small. Anyway i give 1 more start for clean store!

I still would rate this bojangles good I wouldn’t give a low rating because of one specific person. I didn’t get her name but an older black lady working drive thru was rude rushing me to order not even me allowing to finish my order before interrupting me. Got to the window another person came and said she didn’t even finish getting my order. And yes I was going to be rude to her specifically because why are you being rude. Anyways she said we don’t have to serve you and closer the window so I went inside to order. When you have employees saying she is rude that’s a problem. I know sometimes customers can be rude but this lady has no reason to be rude when the customer is being nice. This could’ve went the opposite way if I went inside with the same attitude. Something has to be done with mangers/employees like her. I’m speaking from experience I know fast food can be overwhelming but it was staffed and not busy AT ALL for the time of day . Sunday on September 10, 2023 at 1:10pm . So the store manager/cooperate can know EXACTLY who I’m talking about. Some type of verbal or written needs to be done to her.

The Customer Service was Professional and yet still gave that "Low Country Friendly and Kindliness." The food was hot 🔥, seasoned to perfection and DEELISHISH!
Ohh...and don't forget to get some of that Sweet Tea! Never too sweet or weak...just right especially on these Hot 🔥 summer days!
Mmmmm...I'm ready to go back NOW AND THIS TIME I WILL BE GETTING SOME BO-BERRY BISCUITS!

Their drive thru was on the other side of the parking lot, thought that was weird, but my kid loves their Mac and cheese, so I stopped in to get a lg mac and it was as expected. They did a good job being quick, friendly and the food was hot and fresh.

The food was good. Plenty of food for the price. The establishment was locked forcing to use the drive up window. It is an extremely tight fit and turn for extended cab trucks as there's a drop off as you turn the building.
