Taco Bell

I was disappointed we was told to hold on before they took our order. The person was to busy talking to a man that was just standing at her window. He hadn't bought anything just talking and laughing ten minutes later she took our order took 15 minutes longer to get our food and it was cold. Sad thing we was the only customers there. Normally they are packed and I understand if we have to wait to get our food but when no one was there it shouldn't take to long.

I only gave it a one star review because I had too. This is BY FAR the worst tacobell, probably in history. Every single time I have came here the staff is so disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. The could careless of their position and it shows. The food is always messed up, never correct and cold. I ordered through Door dash last night, when the food arrived it was smashed in the bag, the corn Taco shells was mush and all of my cinnamon twist was cold and stale. I know for a fact it was not not driver because they got here quick, it was the horrendous wait in the drive through that did it. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but they have lost several customers because I have told all my family to avoid this location. Get it together tacobell!

Would give a 0 star if I could. I ordered online was asked how I could be helped twice then sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before just pulling up on my own. Then sat at the window for 5 minutes before getting any food and 2 items was made wrong and 1 missing item. They took food back through the window to fix it and then asked me to pull forward and I refused because the missing item was a hard taco with just meat and cheese. The girl then brought it to the window and threw it at me. Then a manager came to the window because I asked for the girls name because no one had a name tag on and the manager was just as rude refusing to give me the girls name. And told me to leave or she was calling the cops. Worst service and rudest employees. I think it's time they fire them all and start over new.

We literally had to call the store and the worker kept just chatting to us. We had to beg the girl to take our order and tell her we were in drive through. We were waiting for over 15 minutes. Please just don't even go in the morning. Last time I went in the morning they pulled me forward with no one behind me and forgot about me so after 10 minutes I had to go into the store. I only ordered one thing. It's getting embarrassing I wish the owner knew how things were here.

The so called "manager" on duty needs to listen to her customers and provided the orders that were ordered. We paid for an order and could not receive any food because they "never got the order". We also couldn't place the order because the food is only available on the app. She was extremely rude and uneducated and refused to let us talk to another employee or give us a name for a different manager she also refused to give us her name. She also refuse to let us order in the first place. This place and the employees are a joke.
