Burger King

RUDE!!!.... we stood online and the employees just stood around giving no direction. The white lady with honey blonde hair yells at the crowd, while pointing her finger, "if you're ordering go that way! GO!" And all the employees laughed as if it was the proper way to address customers. Of course I decided not to spend my money there. Never again.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a BK, fat dude making the burger rested the burge bun on how filthy shirt. I made a face and he saw me and when I got my burger it was squished and wrapped horribly and when I told th cashier he ignored me and just told me that total. Place is filthy.

The Spanish lady at the front was very rude. She spoke to an old couple with so much anger and frustration. I understand if you hate your minimum wage job, but at least have respect for the older people. Especially if they are helping you keep your job. She was rude to me as well. During these ruff times its unfortunate to have to deal with the unnecessary aggression from places we spend our hard earned money. Paying for over priced food but cant be treated as a welcomed customer is NOT the way you do business. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

The customer service was terrible. The crew member just looked at the line didn’t ask what we was ordering or anything. The crew member also had an attitude for no reason!! Then she was being so smart she tired to give our food to the guest behind us !!! This is ridiculous especially on a nice road trip !!

Worst service I've ever experienced. We asked for onion rings and after waiting several minutes we found out they weren't even being made yet. The cashier was the worst, least professional person I've ever had to deal with. She was walking around with earbuds and her phone in her hand while there was a line waiting to pay and get their drinks and she was going on about when it hits 10 she was leaving in front of everyone. Horrible service and we will be reporting her to the owners of this Burger King.
