Where should I start? The young lady taking and preparing orders was double masked, which made it difficult to make out what she was saying! She huffed puffed at us because we couldn't make out what she was saying and kept asking her to repeat what she said. The meat dishes all looked dried out. As we made our way to the cashier, we could see a very dirty back counter. We grabbed our food and decided to dine in. The dinning room was messy! All of the tables had food on and under them, and also in the seats! One of the high seating areas has a dried up spilled drink under it. The drink station was beyond messy. I asked one of the workers if she could give me a rag to clean off the table. She didn't have a clue what I was talking about. A lady who seemed to be a manager came out and asked her what I needed. She then instructed her to wipe off a table for me. One table? The entire dining room needed to be cleaned. The trash cans were overflowing I guarantee I won't ever patronize this establishment again.

The store was unkempt. The fountain was messy and the juices were dried and crusted to the inside of the container-- all 4 of them. The tables looked like they'd stick to your shirt sleeves. There were chairs everywhere, like an obstacle course.
The service was poor. Mostly in that they seemed go be hostages. The woman taking the money was flat and made no effort to interact (related to the transaction) or explains things - I asked for a side of tortillas. You would have thought I asked for her to buy my meal for me.
I know that whole world is having trouble keeping up with consumer demands, but be proactive. Have a wipe board of what's missing. There was no white rice, no corn salsa, and the medium was salsa was out. (That might be a blessing because I think it had turned).
The brown rice resembled porridge. The beans hadn't been stirred in ages.
While I am grateful that I could walk up and order, I should have just gone to Jersey Mike's like I planned. I just wasted 20 bucks.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered 4 chicken bowls today 2 which were kids
3 came with no chicken and 1 came with PORK. Bowls hardly filled - I have no idea how I missed it the man taking my order kept going back and fourth between orders before I knew it I was with the Cashier. Guac was brown by the time I got home. Disgusting. I never leave bad reviews however it’s virtually impossible to get a hold of ANYONE via phone or email. Constantly disconnected. This was supposed to be a quick meal before we ran out to practice after school … 🙄

Understaffed and they take forever to fulfill an online order. Kitchen is also a mess and is super dirty, food and napkins all over floor looks like a tornado hit it. If you are going to chipotle do not go here

This place is going downhill and FAST! When this location first opened, I was happy to see a chipotle close to my house but it’s worth taking the drive down to the cinnaminson location. The main problem is the lack of motivation from the employees to make the food, help customers, and to keep things tidy. The restaurant is always unkept i.e, food EVERYWHERE, dirty bathrooms, empty juice fountain, dirty soft drink fountain, food on the dining room floor and tables, food sneered on the assembly line. It’s disgusting
Another major problem is the Ordering Ahead through the app. Food is never done during the estimated pick up time. Employees have no sense of urgency to complete orders (Not as bad as the Moorestown Chipotle tho). When ordering I give myself an additional 30 minutes on top of the suggested pick up time. If not, like many times before, I’d have to sit and wait at a messy unkept table.
Even though this review was bad, the one good thing about this restaurant is the location.

Right off the bat some of the employees have an attitude before you can even say hello. Very dirty as well and the chicken looked like it was cooked with all the other meat. Will go to a different location

So I ordered online because after reading all the reviews i wasn't going to make the mistake of trying to order im the store. I was mostly upset because I ordered a side of guacamole and payed extra for it when there was barely nothing in it. The food was okay, you have to grab your own forks and napkins for online orders.

My bowl wasn’t as full as it usually is. I’ve been to this chipotle numerous times and have never received such a empty bowl.
