Wendy's

Okay #Wendys please answer a question for me... Does this picture even remotely looks like there is extra cheese on this potato? Because I got charged for extra cheese, and I was told from an employee that it had extra cheese. So I said okay well other Wendy's give you the extra cheese on the side but okay I'll take your word for it, Thanks. What's going on Wendy's Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave right now because you let your standards slip.

First of all it was packed when I went through the drive thru they said they would be right with me on the intercom. I ordered a #9 for my son and I ordered a plain double stack for my fiancé. Well usually I double check everything this time I didn’t because I needed to be somewhere and come to find out they put cheese on the double stack. I don’t think anyone listens or reads carefully because why would there be cheese on it. Typical morons who don’t know how to prepare an easy burger in my opinion. Not to mention they stopped serving broccoli and cheese baked potatoes. 😡

They got a really good crew there and I must say it was the best sandwich that I ever got from any fast food restaurant in my life and I love it I was ready to turn the truck around and give that guy a tip and get five more whoever that guy is that's running that show over there he needs to get a raise because he's doing things right

Visited this Wendy's 3 times. Things went fine twice, but once they messed the order and the drive-thru seemed to take a dog-year. There were only a couple of cars in front of me, but I must have waited 10-15 minutes. Then, as I was driving off, I realized they gave me a double-stack instead of the single with cheese I ordered, so I had to go inside and wait while they made the correct order.

Manager took my order and when I got to the window and paid he didn't close the window all the way and proceeded to call me a loser and said I can't find some where else to get food. He also said what kind of idiot gets food fron wendy's on a Monday night. Once he seen ne looking at him he closed the window all the way and had someone else give me my food. I also asked for the receipt and he claimed they were out of paper. Very upset over this experience
