I can't Thank Chris, the owner and his staff enough for the terrific job they do for me each and every time I order from this Primo Hoagies.
He and his staff go above and beyond to help me make our food menu perfect every time for every event.
The food is always fresh and delicious the delivery is on time as Chris and his staff aim to please and always do.
I highly recommend this Primo's!!!!

Wanted a signature "primo" Italian hoagie. medford location makes them the correct way with the meat out on top (fluffy like). yes, the presentation matters. the taste wasn't the same and all the meat wadded down at the bottom after you eat away the lettuce. horrible in comparison.

i keep giving you another chance. but for the past year or more the hoagies are not up to the standards they should be. Yesterday when i picked up my hoagie there was only two men working. The one person was making sandwiches and taking calls and working the register too. I got sick from your turkey swartzie. I definitely wont be coming back!!

Went into this store and it was hotter then outside. Clearly the temp inside could of been at least 90 degrees. The young lady behind the container poor thing looked so extremely uncomfortable and hot. Sad that she has to work in this extreme temp being that she is pregnant. I felt so bad that i didnt even stay to order a sandwich. The air is clearly not functioning proper and someone should get it looked at and fixed before that young lady passes out and cause more issue.

Primo's has the best sandwiches in town. They pack your bread with quality meats and the service is great. Taste is definitely a "10".

Driving to the store I tried calling in my order so I didn’t have to wait in the store for 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I called 4 times no answer figured they were busy. Walk into the store and see not a single person and then I call again and the lady that was probably standing at the counter the whole time looks at the phone then looks at me as I’m the one calling and doesn’t answer it. I don't know why I keep going back to this location when they can't ever get a simple order correct. I ask for no onions, it has onions. I ask for light mayo, it's heavy mayo, I ask for roast beef and i get ham. I'm a big fan of Primos and keep trying to give this location another chance, but they always prove they can't get it right. I realize it's the middle of a pandemic and there is a labor shortage, but this has been going on for many years with this location. Leads me to believe the problem lies with management, training and quality assurance
