Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

I was quite surprised to find this gem of an eatery. The food was outstanding, The ambiance was great The drinks were on point The food was super fresh I look forward to visiting this establishment when I'm back in the area well done to the chef and the entire staff clearly cares about their customers in the products they offer. Had a great experience tonight with the wife. Food was great but the service was top notch. We had Mike O. My wife and I told him that his service was one of a kind. You really don’t get the type of service he gives anywhere or often. Pleasant and attentive. He knew when and how often to check on us without being annoying and was always sincere. He talked sports and music. He is true to his craft and with how much he had going on he didn’t miss a beat. It was a pleasure watching him at all his tables. The food would bring us back but Mike O would be the main reason. Kudos to him. We’ll definitely see him again.

We went to this restaurant tonight with a couple friends. They just put out a new menu, there was a nice selection to pick from. Our food was delicious and the service was great. We also got to meet the manager Shannon, he came out to ask if we were happy with our food and service. Overall we enjoyed everything and meeting Shannon was great.

Years ago my husband proposed on his birthday at a Bertuccis, so I just had to have a birthday party for him here. Managers Shannon and Mike took care of my order with care, even the special dietary needs for our guests. Food was great, paced well for each course and my guests were pleasantly surprised at the tastiness of a "chain" pizza place. My vegetarian friends got the best of it, as the roasted veggie pizza was just yummy. Hope we are all around next year for a repeat!

I ordered two pizzas as they only have three entree items on their menu now. The pizzas I received were the soggiest, raw dough pizzas I have ever seen. It’s like they pulled out too fast and did not have time to cook! Thank god I have an air fryer and was able salvage a few slices to eat. I paid $61 for two pizzas and some meatballs. Very, very disappointed. Do not advertise brick oven pizza if you do not know how to make brick oven pizza. Such a shame….it could have been great, but turned into a big sloppy, wet mess! Just shameful….

visited recently for the first time and didn't realize how good the pizza is. i don't think the pasta is homemade, but i'm not a big pasta person anyway. i just went for the crispy thin-crust pizza. i like the build-your-own and went with eggplant and ricotta cheese. very good. love the crunch of the crust. from what i hear, they recently got a new manager and he has really turned the place around. must have been the guy who stopped by the table to see how everything was. nice guy. had glasses but i'm not sure about his name.
