7/1/2021 Restaurant is reopened for guests only at this time due to staffing shortages. Jade and Jaime are doing a great job alternating managing the floor solo. The limited menu is delicious. (See photo) I’ve had everything on it except for the flatbreads and each item is a winner thanks to the two cooks in the back.

I came in after staying in the hotel several times and seeing the ad in the elevator. I had a busy day and figured I'd try it out. They currently have a limited menu. There were a few specials that the verbally told you about. No prices were listed but one special caught my attention. Lobster Ravioli! It came out in a bowl. There were like 8 ravioli in the bowl with a red sauce over them and some shrimp scattered on top. I have never had Lobster Ravioli in a red sauce before. Well, the sauce was terrible and way over powering in flavor. You couldn't taste the lobster filling in the Ravioli and it even was overbearing of the shrimp. Ok, lesson learned to not order that again. Then my bill came. $46 for this unbelievably terrible meal. I would not have a problem paying that at a Michelin Star restaurant. I definitely don't recommend this restaurant. I will go elsewhere when I stay here for work.

Stuck in the middle... I tried two plates; both too expensive for what they were, but each worlds apart. Organic Chicken: served over a bed of mushroom risotto. Sounded great, but didn't live up to expectations. The chicken was served with soggy skin, and was undercooked for my taste. The risotto hit one note, and too much of it. I forcefully made it through have the plate and threw in the towel. And at (just under) $30, that's a big 'miss' for me. I literally (not exaggerating) would rather eat gas station food than this dish. Chopped Salad W/ Chicken: served with goat cheese and a raspberry walnut dressing... this salad was great. The pungency of the cheese perfectly paired with the sweet dressing, and I tend to stay away from anything sweet and anything pungent. So it was a welcome surprise. Service is Great Update: Stopped in for Lunch and Dinner on another overnight stay. 12 NY Strip w/ Brussel Sprouts: Excellent. Quality meat, and good portion. The Brussel Sprouts were amazing, though I didn't care for the sweet addition of the pomegranate seeds. I was able to easily avoid them to maintain the savory flavors. Club Sandwich: Much larger than expected, and for a fair price. Fries are more of a season curly/steak cut version. The sandwich itself is all the same, bit portion size and fries make the dish. Drinks were poured exceptionally well

This place is amazing! Their hot whisky drinks are to die for and the food! Oh God the food is heavenly! 25/10 would recommend! And Stacey (the bartender) is absolutely awesome! She definitely knows how to make a perfect drink!

Enjoyed breakfast after overnight stay at DoubleTree. Wait staff were very nice and attentive. Eggs cooked exactly as ordered. Coffee was perfect!

Nice menu. Next time soup too. Caesar salad fresh. Gotta love the ol' Double G or as most called it, Gigi's...😁

The older guy at the bar was extremely rude because we asked for shots. Then the next night another bartender got our shots and he said "waste of my time" I think his name is Joe

Meh. Came back to visit Redz now that They have reopened, and although the staff is still super friendly, attentive and customer-focused, the menu is a flop. The restaurant is actually closed, and all that remains is a limited and poorly executed bar menu. The shrimp tacos were only available as breaded and fried; the grilled chicken sandwich was dry, tasteless and chewy. The salad was wilted and uninviting. The wine menu is better than average but not like it used to be. Overall, although the atmosphere is still cozy and the staff still awesome , the menu is a big disappointment compared to their pre-pandemic times and I recommend calling first to as they say their plan is to fully reopen in the near future.
