If the employees chose to listen opposed to playing and laughing then they might get your order right and you could have an enjoyable experience; however for this location that won’t happen. Beware if you order a milkshake a d request no whip cream that to will not happen but they will be glad to scoop it out and leave some in your cup and the serve it to you. Save yourself and others by avoiding this location if anyway possible!

This place used to be really good but it has been going down hill within the past year. Late night is a total let down and after my last two experiences I've decided not to go to this location anymore. A couple of weeks ago I complained about some letter hotdogs that I got through the drive-thru that were obviously left in the warmer all day long. The manager offered to replace them but not before I asked why they would ever serve such crap - he never answered. Well, thinking they'd get their act together I went by this week on their dollar hot dog day - unfortunately the dollar hot dogs weren't even worth a quarter. Dried up, left on the rollers all day, leathery, brown, and dry. Yuk. I used to go to sonic several times a week but these guys need a serious wake up call - hopefully they don't get anyone seriously sick in order to do that..

I work as a nurse right down the street and I’m pregnant. I crave Sonics BLT when I’m pregnant. By the way I live on the other side of Mount Juliet and the sonic on the Northside of Mount Juliet always get my order wrong so I preferred to come to the one on the south side but usually y’all are a lot better. On the way to work today I made it to sonic in providence at 7:30am. As soon as I pulled up in the drive threw they stated they were closed. I was so upset because online it says they were open. So what are y’all’s actual hours and maybe y’all should update it online. I’m very upset to say the least.

I like Sonic and most of the workers are pretty good about wearing a mask, but when I went tonight not a single person was wearing a mask; not even under their chin or hanging on their ear, ready to put on.

Every time we go there. No Onion rings & when we call before we drive over no answer. We only go there for onion rings & a hamburger. So when you don't have any we don't buy anything we go somewhere else . I don't understand how could you run out of onion rings ? So we have to drive to the other Sonic N Mt Juliet Rd Ridiculous.. when I live 5 minutes from this 1 we drive 11 minutes away..

Went to drive through. Line never moved. Changed to car hop, waited 10 minutes. No response. We left. This has happened before. Need more help or shut down.

Mobile ordering DOESN'T speed anything up here. I only ordered 1 drink on the mobile app. After waiting over 10 minutes for my drink I pushed the red button to get someone. I told them my name and that I had been there over 10 minutes waiting on a drink. I then told them I wanted my money back. Next thing you know all of the sudden the car hop brought my bring out. She said she was sorry. I told her I knew what the holdup was. I could see through the front door. My drink was sitting on a tray waiting on other orders so she could fill it up with multiple orders to speed up the process. Hey Sonic, that doesn't speed things up that only makes other customers wait longer for their food, even MOBILE orders which is supposed to be faster. I pushed the red button again and told the guy (I think his name was Eric) I wanted my money back. He said he couldn't give refunds because of Covid and that I needed to call corporate. I pushed the button again to get the same reply. I told him he could come outside and talk to me about it. He then said i threatened him and he then said he was going to call the police. I told him to call. I hadn't done anything wrong but ask for my money back. He then threatened to escort me off the premises if I didn't leave. I told him to come escort me that all I wanted was my money back and he could have this drink. He just left the red button light off and never talked again. I called corporate right then and there and even told them it was a piddley $1.20, but that only after I asked for my money back then the drink came right out. By then I just wanted my money back and go home. Please don't use Covid as an excuse for you dropping the ball by not getting orders out and a customer wanting his money back for your lack of trying.

The food is great but the service can be a little slow at times. Still a good place to visit

Only giving them one star because it's required. Ordered a jr cheeseburger with bacon, got a cheeseburger with no bacon, instead of bringing us a new burger out, they threw some bacon in a bag and brought it to us. Burger was cold. Cheese was not melted. Ordered a root beer, it was watered down and to top it off the ice cream machine didn't work. How in the hell do you run a sonic with no ice cream machine. To top it off, the attendants can't hear your order over all of the grab ass going on in the kitchen. What's sad is that soon these highschool kids will be joining the rest of the work force and want understand why they can't keep a job when they can't get a simple order right.

Absolutely Horrible! We sat for 15 min til order was taken, then another 20 to get food, keep in mind they are not busy...Car hop finally brings food, I ask for salt m ketchup n he says it's n the bag.. Nope, no salt no ketchup, no napkins, not even a peppermint.lol not that I eat them amyway..On top of that I didn't get my receipt, and my burger was fixed wrong along with my cold toys. Guess they got cold in that 20 min waiting for order.. Do they only have a single person running this store? This is my second visit to this sonic and the second bad experience there.. Makes no sense to pay $20 for food that u I can't even eat. �

Just left. 2 juice boxes and 2 bananas, that's all I wanted with 2 sleeping small kids in the backseat. Love they have a drive thru and the only fast food place with bananas. They tried to give me 2 orders that weren't mine. � They gave me nearly solid brown bananas that were super squishy. I apologized and asked for different ones since they won't eat them that brown. The young girl looked at me like I'm an alien then told me that was all they had. I asked for apples or some other fruit. She handed me ONE applesauce packet.

Well, for the second time this Sonic gave us cold burgers. The manager was very quick to apologize and give me my money back. This time, the burgers were at least a little warm; last time the burgers had obviously been made for a previous customer and stored in a refrigerator after being rejected (since they were that cold and not what we ordered) for at least one hour. That manager called me a liar and said that it was "physically impossible for that to occur." I contacted their regional office and shared what I had been told (along with a guarantee that they have a refrigerator on the premises) I finally got my money back. As stated, this manager was very nice and even offered us a new meal, which I declined. There is a McDonalds just two doors down after all.

You have to actively try to be this bad. They gave us a cheeseburger with no actual hamburger patty. When my friend called "the manager" and she told her she would take care of it. So she drove all the way back just to get what she had ordered and they charged her for the fries and drink. � there are hardly words. I'm thinking about notifying corporate. This sonic gives all sonics a horrible name. I'll say it one more time you have to actively try to be this bad.

Waited 15 minutes for my order to be taken. Placed on hold twice. No other cars in any stalls or in the drive thru. Employees visibly on their cell phones instead of working. Never got my order taken before leaving empty handed and irritated. Terrible service. No other excuse from the manager when I called the store from my stall other than that they had been busy all day. I'll take my business elsewhere next time instead of waiting 15 minutes to order one drink.

I'm not sure who is in charge but they need to hire an actual adult with customer service skills/training. I spoke to the manager, Caitlin, about an incident where I ordered a drink during the 1/2 price happy hour. Because I pushed the button at 1:59 instead 2pm, the drink automatically rang up full price. I asked the girl who was taking my order about the price discrepancy and she never offered to make it right although we didn't order until after 2pm. So, we canceled the order, drove to another kiosk and pressed the order button-waited for 7mins and when no one answered we decided they didn't want our business so we drove away. I called Caitlin as I was frustrated that the girl taking our order never said, "let me price adjust this"- OR- offer any sort of suggestion about the happy hour price. Caitlin KNEW about this exchange and says, "you should've called me out there".....no Caitlin, YOU are the manager, YOU knew about this exchange, YOU should've offered to make this right, YOU should've come out there and taken care of your customers.
