If the employees chose to listen opposed to playing and laughing then they might get your order right and you could have an enjoyable experience; however for this location that won’t happen. Beware if you order a milkshake a d request no whip cream that to will not happen but they will be glad to scoop it out and leave some in your cup and the serve it to you. Save yourself and others by avoiding this location if anyway possible!

This place used to be really good but it has been going down hill within the past year. Late night is a total let down and after my last two experiences I've decided not to go to this location anymore. A couple of weeks ago I complained about some letter hotdogs that I got through the drive-thru that were obviously left in the warmer all day long. The manager offered to replace them but not before I asked why they would ever serve such crap - he never answered. Well, thinking they'd get their act together I went by this week on their dollar hot dog day - unfortunately the dollar hot dogs weren't even worth a quarter. Dried up, left on the rollers all day, leathery, brown, and dry. Yuk. I used to go to sonic several times a week but these guys need a serious wake up call - hopefully they don't get anyone seriously sick in order to do that..

I work as a nurse right down the street and I’m pregnant. I crave Sonics BLT when I’m pregnant. By the way I live on the other side of Mount Juliet and the sonic on the Northside of Mount Juliet always get my order wrong so I preferred to come to the one on the south side but usually y’all are a lot better. On the way to work today I made it to sonic in providence at 7:30am. As soon as I pulled up in the drive threw they stated they were closed. I was so upset because online it says they were open. So what are y’all’s actual hours and maybe y’all should update it online. I’m very upset to say the least.

I like Sonic and most of the workers are pretty good about wearing a mask, but when I went tonight not a single person was wearing a mask; not even under their chin or hanging on their ear, ready to put on.

Every time we go there. No Onion rings & when we call before we drive over no answer. We only go there for onion rings & a hamburger. So when you don't have any we don't buy anything we go somewhere else .
I don't understand how could you run out of onion rings ? So we have to drive to the other Sonic N Mt Juliet Rd
Ridiculous.. when I live 5 minutes from this 1 we drive 11 minutes away..

Went to drive through. Line never moved. Changed to car hop, waited 10 minutes. No response. We left. This has happened before. Need more help or shut down.

Mobile ordering DOESN'T speed anything up here. I only ordered 1 drink on the mobile app. After waiting over 10 minutes for my drink I pushed the red button to get someone. I told them my name and that I had been there over 10 minutes waiting on a drink. I then told them I wanted my money back. Next thing you know all of the sudden the car hop brought my bring out. She said she was sorry. I told her I knew what the holdup was. I could see through the front door. My drink was sitting on a tray waiting on other orders so she could fill it up with multiple orders to speed up the process. Hey Sonic, that doesn't speed things up that only makes other customers wait longer for their food, even MOBILE orders which is supposed to be faster. I pushed the red button again and told the guy (I think his name was Eric) I wanted my money back. He said he couldn't give refunds because of Covid and that I needed to call corporate. I pushed the button again to get the same reply. I told him he could come outside and talk to me about it. He then said i threatened him and he then said he was going to call the police. I told him to call. I hadn't done anything wrong but ask for my money back. He then threatened to escort me off the premises if I didn't leave. I told him to come escort me that all I wanted was my money back and he could have this drink. He just left the red button light off and never talked again. I called corporate right then and there and even told them it was a piddley $1.20, but that only after I asked for my money back then the drink came right out. By then I just wanted my money back and go home. Please don't use Covid as an excuse for you dropping the ball by not getting orders out and a customer wanting his money back for your lack of trying.
