Jimmy John’s

Had a bad experience when we drove up to pick up a to go order. As we pulled into the parking lot and and were looking for a place to park we were greeted with loud , long BLARRING horn from the car behind us. As we looked into the rear view mirror we noticed that it was a driver for Jimmy Johns with the sign for the store on top of his car. We found a parking spot and went into the store. We did mention the rudeness of the driver to him and he said "I have places to go and things to do". After mentioning this to the manager NOTHING was said. We were not offered any explanation as to why the employee did what he did and the manager just said "sorry about that".....We were livid to be treated like that and we were shocked when this elderly employee drove off in his green BMW with his HANDICAPPED sticker in his window..........Jimmy Johns needs a course in customer service...

How far downhill this Jimmy John's has gone in such little time. My wife and I both got a "Vito", they failed to add tomato and there was seriously ONE slice of paper thin meat on the sandwich. I have never seen that. Pointed this out to the manager and his response was, "I don't know what to tell you about that"........uh.....huh. So it seems the lights are on but nobody's home with the people that run the place. Sad.

I order to go from here quite often. Normally everything is correct with the exception on my sub being cut in half, so I started making the Name field be "please cut in half". Today though, they were just completely SLAW. I ordered: #12, TBO, no tom, no cuc, ez onion, sauce, cut 1/2. Instead I got: #12, TBO, no tom, no cuc, sauce, and a helluva lot of oregano. I hate oregano. Aaaaand, it wasn't cut in half. Go figure. Management, talk to your crew! You're getting crap reviews because they can't read a simple ticket. Come on...my manager from Memphis wouldn't have been okay with this constantly happening.
