Updated Sep 9th. Visited this location again this evening. A vast improvement! Folks that greeted use were cheerful and helpful. Our server, as usual, was great. And the rolls are back at their fluffy best! Chicken tenders outstanding. My wifes filet was a bit toward the rare side and she ordered medium. Our server apologized and sent it back. Two managers appeared and also apologized and the re-cooked one was delivered by a manager. Outstanding service! After my last review the general manager called me and assured me he would take care of the situation and he delivered as promised. Thank you! Was a great experience and I'm uping the score from 3 to a 5! Earlier review below from August: Food was very good and our server was also very good. The folks that "greet" you were not very friendly at all. We've dined at this same restaurant three or four times since the lock down and experienced the same lack of enthusiasm by the greeters. The manager is a ghost. But, we return for the chicken/steaks and the eager to please servers. However, the rolls are not the same. For months now, when asked if the vendor was changed, the servers said the rolls have not been given the proper time to rise. Guess the ghost manager is in a hurry some times.

The service was slow despite there being very few customers. When our waitress did her job, she was obviously high, and had a difficult time comprehending anything we had to say. Everyone says the potato soup here is awesome, but to me it was a very salty congealed cheese sauce with french fries in it. I found myself sick shortly after well until the next day. Definitely won't be wasting anymore money here.

Our server was great but there was a large party in the back that had people coming/going, acting up, running, etc it was very disruptive. I saw individuals from the group arguing with the hostess, walking into the lobby saying it wasn't their bill, and standing by our table with the waitress and manager "discussing" how they would pay the bill since this had happened last week too. She only had $200, etc. I overheard that they had done this the week before as well. We don't eat out often but when we do it if for enjoyment. Overhearing people trying to bargain their food and drink bill with management and staff wasn't relaxing. It was frustrating. We don't eat out because of our budget. I wished I knew that I could negotiate our bill down by being obnoxious and rude!!

My wife and I popped in for a visit and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. The only positive about the place was the taste of the food which was hard to enjoy due to deplorable dining conditions. It was super dead inside with only four tables seated at the time. There were dead flies that lined the windowsills. The tables were nasty sticky. Live flies circled in the air. For a place that claims to take social distancing seriously they sat one party on top of the next instead of spreading out dining. There were multiple staff standing doing nothing who should have been put to work cleaning. Can't imagine they will last much longer with conditions like this.
