Queen Bee Bakery

I have been looking for another bakery for a while after others have done me wrong. I thought I would give Queen Bee a try and boy I'm glad I did. I ordered a birthday cake from them a couple weeks ago and went and picked it up and it was what I asked for. The owner sat down with me and ask me any and all questions about how I wanted to cake to be done. The cake was delicious and everyone at the party loved it. The owner is so nice and actually listen to what I was wanting and definitely delivered on it. Plus it's so great to use a local business and you'll always have a lifetime customer here. Called in to place an order, haven’t been to this place before but after the phone I won’t be going there, nor will I order over the phone. I asked the pricing for a Kay like cheesecake, immediately was told they don’t do those, ok well I’m informing you that on your website it clearly states that you have them amongst 8 other flavors of cheesecakes. In the process of letting them know instead of asking if there was anything else you could help me with you just hang up the phone. That’s ok small business owner, you should work on customer service a little more, would have appreciated that sentiment and most likely spent my money with you. Now I won’t be spending any money with you and your small business.

They always have great sweets and friendly staff. Well this place has went way down hill. The staff was not rude or mean but they definitely did not make you feel welcome. The brownie was so dry I threw most of it away and the cupcakes were not very good either. The last grievance is the prices in front of the cupcakes was not what we were charged and when we told them they informed us that the price was for the smaller of the cupcakes and ours was the bigger, but it came from the same slot???
