Pizza Hut

I order here atleast once a week, my kids LOVE pizza, but today when I placed my order I got the text it was out for delivery and 45mins later I called because it hadn't shown up. The lady on the phone said she couldn't find my order so transferred me to a manager, the manager basically called me a liar saying that the delivery driver knocked and no one answered and then went on to say that they tried calling me as well but I never got a call so they left it outside. When I tried telling her that I'm outside looking now and it's not there she kinda huffed and said fine we will remake it. I gave her my number to call incase there was any more miscommunication and asked them to call when they got here, instead they just left it on the porch without even knocking!Glad we were watching this time! So unprofessional and rude and the order still wasn't even right!! Yall just lost a weekly customer ill tell you that.

I ordered online and when my order came is was incorrect. I called the store, they was to remake my pizza, 48 minutes later I called again to ask where it was and they said it was still in the warmer and would remake it again. The it took another 42 minutes to get the correct pizza. Also I only live 10 blocks away from the store. Very displeased with this transaction.

Went to order on the app and the store is closed on there. Called them and some guy started incoherently mumbling and when I asked what he said he hung up. Then I called back and I asked for delivery, gave them my phone number, my name, my address and zip code. Then got told delivery is closed at 8:45 on a Saturday?
