Great works and greats environment! Shoutout to Liz for being a great server and alwayd being on top of things! Always had everything and would recommend having her! Would come again!
Had a Christmas party here and the place was over crowded and no where to sit with no service anywhere to help us. Finally this server came walking in from the other side looked as she was leaving and she was super friendly and found us a spot in restaurant and ended up staying after her shift ended to serve us. She was a very great server and turned our experience ended up being great. Thanks Liz you were great hope to see u soon!! We will come see you on Christmas and bowl!!
The staff is friendly, the food is excellent! I haven’t had something I haven’t liked! I recommend the Meatloaf!
Decent nachos appetizer and Happy Hour beer prices. Also terrific server (Higgins). Went there to watch the final Presidential debate. Great huge screen TV's. I'll definitely come back.
We had the best time at the Mermaid. Invited to a bd party. All staff were very attentive and helpful.
I was just there last night for moonlight bowling and we had a blast! Service was great all around. We went into the bar after for some dancing and DJ Mike is always awesome! The food is good here too and reasonable.
Left a little while ago with my wife,cousin & a few of my friends & had a fun time bowling a few games.Our server Elizabeth Booth as always does a great job & does it with a smile!Let me add management is great as well......Mermaid is becoming one of my fav lanes not only for league but for family fun!

Fun family outing! Lots of games, the bowling was great and the food was good too! The space is really big so we felt like we had plenty of room for our family.
Went to the Mermaid with the youngsters for New Years Eve and had a nice time. The bowling is excellent and everything was neat & clean. The service to our table was excellent as well. They have a small arcade area and my kids had fun! We do not bowl often but when we do we go to the Mermaid as it has 28 lanes.

The Mermaid doesn’t look the grandest from the outside, but it has an event center with two ballrooms. We chose the Coral Bay Ballroom since it had been recently remodeled, and it was BEAUTIFUL. Perfect spot for a wedding reception that didn’t break the bank! They did have a food/beverage minimum that we were required to meet with their catering company, but we didn’t have an issue with that. Natallia worked with us, and despite some email delivery issues, and having a LOT on her plate due to COVID, she made sure everything worked out well for us. For instance, the menu prices had been raised from the time we booked to the next spring when we were choosing the buffet, and she gave us the old prices without a problem. She created a room layout plan for us so all the tables, easels for signs, card/gift tables, etc were right where we wanted them. The room also came with linens, silverware and napkins which was helpful, and we were able to order some appetizers for cocktail hour. They had a bar available, which we didn’t use, but I know there were plenty of options. The food was delicious and I know the guests enjoyed it!
