Subway

What a mess we ordered online, then we get a message saying our sandwiches are ready I go to pick them up and they were not even started. Then I get home and one of the sandwiches (that we payed 3 dollars more for xtra meat ect) is a plain ole foot long called the store and the lady on the phone of course can’t do anything for us “customer service” at its best I guess.

Ordered a sandwich with chips and a drink and the drink never arrived. I called the store and the girl on the phone informed me that I had to go to the store to pick it up. I didn’t have a way to get to the store and asked if I could be refunded for the drink. She says that I can’t get a refund… so I say, “ so I won’t be getting the drink I paid for?” She just says, “yup”. Are you serious? I’m never getting a anything from here again. My advice is don’t risk the gamble of going to this establishment. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life….

Would not recommend, staff was impersonal, obviously were trying to rush us through the line even though we were the only ones there. Said they would accept our coupon even though it was expired and then at checkout said it would not be expected. Sandwiches are a lot smaller and expensive than I was expecting, 100% wish I had gone to Jimmy Johns.

Pretty expensive compared to other locations, but the overall price of Subway has gone up the last ten years anyways. The sandwiches are delicious, and the current staff at the time of this review is extremely kind and great to interact with. The only part that needs work is the drive thru experience. Right now, the menu is very busted up and outdated, to the point that they just send you to the window.
