The baristas talk way too much when there is a long line. The location is in a terrible spot and with how often I got there, it seems to have a lack of management. I do enjoy the drinks from Dutch bros and go there because they don’t support a lot of politically motivated “charities” like Starbucks. I have a lot of instances where they have screwed up my drink and I have talked to them about it.

I use to get great customer service at the Moscow location but the last few times I haven't had the great dutch bros experience. Today I went through still half asleep, forgot to scan my app(that's on me I suppose,but usually I get asked when I first get there) I think I'll try another coffee shop...

The coffee is really good here - it’s on the thicker side like melted ice cream (and tbh expensive). My only complaint is I have to repeat my order several times and get cut off when I’m talking so it’s a little awkward. I can relate to a lot of the reviews below.

I love dutch bros so very much and appreciate all that you do. The runners outside are always so friendly and willing to communicate. The past few times I’ve gone, I’ve run into issues at the window. I am acknowledged once and then never again after that initial contact- they will just be standing there either gossiping or just waiting for the drink to be handed out. It is a very awkward experience once I get to the window.

The drinks are pretty superb if you know what you're looking for! The staff are very friendly, every time I come here I feel like I'm chatting up old friends. Definitely worth the wait

Love them. Can be a long wait at the moscow, ID location so I don't go as often as I like to. Tried there pumpkin Carmel holiday drink and its been one of the only drinks I've been disappointed in, no flavor at all. Love dutch bros but I will be skipping the fall drinks this year.

Always love their friendly attitude whenever I go to Dutch Bros! I wish they had one in Pullman. My only gripe is the lines are always long.
