Ordered through DoorDash. My Dasher picked up and dropped off my order no problem. But once I took a bite of my burger, it seemed cold. I went to heat it up and luckily I saw that the burger was completely pink in the middle before I attempted to warm it up. Never eating at this McDonald’s or any McDonald’s again.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and this is what I get! Unreal and the people that work her want 15.00 plus an hour. This is embarrassing for corporate or for the owners. I will be calling corporate to forward these pictures very sad. Drive thru of course

They always mess up your order! Or just throw everything on you double cheeseburger like they really dont care. I mean really, these kids dont care. It's my money im paying to have horrible service and food. Always forget the apple juice or apple slices for the happy meal. Instead of working they're always talking and standing around being fully staffed. Not even during peak business hours. This place is ridiculous... Nobody cleans the floors, tables or bathrooms. Not very sanitary. If my daughter didn't want her chicken nugget happy meal I would never come back to this establishment. Time after time problems. I will be contacting corporate and the franchise owner. Who would pay those employees 15 a hour just to mess everything up time after time. 0 stars.

They can make food faster than the customers can get through the line in a car.

It's McDonald's so you know what you're getting. No problem with the local staff, but I almost hit another customer when we both left our drive-thru lanes at the same time. That whole system is awful. Where other companies solve it with people, McD's makes it worse by adding robots and processes.

The manager who took my order wouldn't look at me at all. He seemed annoyed that I was bothering him. His staff did a good job and was friendly, but the manager wasn't.

This store has gone downhill. Our last few visits we have been routinely shorted multiple items on our family's orders and what we do get is often cold, both during busy and slow times.
