I went here a few times, but unfortunately they could never make my drink as expected. When I asked for frozen drinks, it was basically all ice. Another location I go to now makes it perfectly. Blended ice yes but the perfect amount of drink as well. This location can't seem to get it right

Best service in experienced at ANY DD stores within 10 miles radius that I have been at. Morning staff is great. Always the right order, some even remember your name or call your name based on your order. Afternoon and evening shift can use a boost but I am sure they dont have that much traffic as mornings. Very happy with their service.

This store always has an issue every single time I visit. They run out of popular donuts at 9 am. Not a single time I have got my order right. Something is always missing. I came through the DT because I had kids. They forgot my sandwich and asked me to come in to pick it up.

The hash browns were burnt, the sandwich did not taste good(I only ate half. They gave us an apple stuffed donut instead of an apple fritter. Very unhappy.

They have the worst service. The lady who’s at the intercom speaks rude and shows no good manners to the costumers by raising her voice. This wasn’t the first time it happened to me. So don’t go to this location.
