Horrible Drive thru service. It's breakfast and the breakfast menu wasn't up. When I informed the cashier she laughed. I pulled to the window and asked what was so funny the cashier rolled her eyes and said the price of the meal and I asked is that with a drink? Now I ordered a sandwich and hash brown no drink. So Instead of saying I didn't order a drink I said what kind of diet drinks do u have. More attitude came so I said I'm good luv and drove off. Very disappointed by the service I called the store 4 times to talk to a manager about what had happened so they can do something about it but no answer. Safe to say never I will never come there again.

If I could give 0 I definitely would! Sadly the young employees have to pay the price of the rude, disrespectful ground zero looking manager with gold braids. She is so rude only God knows how I really wanted to react. So…I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru line. The spanish young lady that took my order was sooo sweet and nice that I hate I have to give this bad review. I’ll definitely call corporate to give her a compliment. Once at the pick up window the young man with dreads in his hair was handing me my bag and before he could hand it to me the rude round manager says “yup give the bag and get out the window.” I said, “ain’t no get out the window, I would like some ketchup.” The young man must have been new and training he was so embarrassed because of her attitude he looked so pitiful. You could see it all on his face. He hands me the bag then respectfully tells me to have a good night. This is NOT the first time I’ve had an encounter like this with Manager Round n Rude! She needs to be replaced!

I think they forgot I was waiting on the side of the drive thru for an order. I had to go bang on the door for a very small order. 5/3/22 Today, this beautiful renovated location LOST a star. As, we stood in line waiting to place an order, for a good 10 minutes, with 4-5 ACTUAL human beings walking by, as if we were invisible, NOT ONE SOUL SAID...we will be with you shortly! The customer service, has gone from VERY bad, to SO MUCH WORSE! It is common sense to appreciate ANY person walking through the doors. We bring business, which helps each employee feed your family! WHY isn't that appreciated!? No apology for the wait, just NOTHING! The staff here is disgusting! If it wasn't for my Children, I would have walked out and took my money with me!
