Great Wraps

Came here yesterday with my family and we decided to grab a bit to eat. We ordered two $12.99 specials with a Philly cheese steak, fries and wings. I got the Garlic Hot wings, which were not hot at all, and my fiancé received lemon pepper wings. The wings were okay, barely any sauce and overcooked. The Philly I felt like there could’ve been more cheese. The service wasn’t bad, the food was out in about 2 mins. The food wasn’t bad however I don’t think we’ll order from here again.

I positively love this place, The owner of the franchise and the staff. I have been going to this location at the Southlake Mall for over 10 years and even though it's not that close to my house, I will quite often make the drive to Southlake Mall just to continue to be a patron of this establishment and the food is very good. although I've only ordered their falafel wrap but others that I have taken there to get food, have ordered the other items and have always been satisfied with the quality and the flavor

Ridiculous food quality and gaining your trust in a food chain that is serving a high demand of clientele, being that I work at a call center that has developed by/within this mall, sorta say, this is in between a 200-2,000 employees that come to this mall for lunch or a quick bite to eat. This owner of this mall could do better. LIKE FR ! Great Wraps you can do better as a food chain wihin a mall!👍🏽🙀 Today I went there and asked for my wings to be crispy, and they served me burnt, barely lemon pepper wings.... as I told them could they just recook the 2 that where extremely burnt they said no if they didn't cook it that long it would be raw I. The middle...ummm ok. I just keep my food and politely mumbled to myself I want going to spend my money here anymore, (AFTER ALL those days this week I had been cooking and bringing lunch, I was betting on those wings payday Friday! 😹😿👎🏽But that end up jnot happening!

My 1st experience with great wraps... My team called in an order for 2 chipotle combo's and 2 chipotle wraps to go... The guys says 15 mins. The food is done upon arrival but when we bit into the wraps there is no beans or corn inside like the online menu shows. Our whole reason for ordering the chipotle wrap was for the veggies and how Flavorful the wrap looked! Needless to say I was highly disappointed. The wrap was only ok and not what I expected. Bland. So we called the business to inquire why and we were simply told it doesn't come on it anymore. Well YOU NEED TO UPDATE THE WEBSITE. It was a let down and I will not be going back.
