First the speakers don’t work well in the drive through. Second, I ate half a thing of fries only to get to the middle and find hair! Why don’t they wear a hair net or something in 2022?!? This is ridiculous!! This is very disappointing and disgusting!!!

Great service very happy with the customer service I did park in a mobile spot I only had to wait about 4 minutes for my food to come out and it was hot and fresh and I'm very happy thank you guys for doing a great job you guys have great staff I'm very clean environment drive the lines are never too long they go really fast even if they are long

This is the best McDonald’s experience I ever had. The staff could not have been nicer. I came late night with friends in an RV. Not only did they still let me order, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Bri & the other woman working the cashier made sure multiple times I received my food & even gave me a free bottle of water. The food was some of the best I’ve gotten at McDonald’s and was done quickly even with the long line. Really glad we stopped here!

So I promised that I would give the manger a good review ummm they messed up my order and she kindly gave me free Fries I didn’t even ask for it so I put my food in the car storm back in the restaurant and told that her service and her dealing with me is
Phenomenal is very rare to find a manger that’s not rude . Who ever was the manger at 5:00 on the 23 deserve a round of applause. I don’t know about those other comments but the manager got it together 🤘🏽🤘🏽😀😌😇😀😌😌😌🥰

It's pretty decent. However, I just can't see why they have so many check-in kiosks or take the order kiosk for self- service. No one seems to teach you how to order anything on the kiosk, and the many changes from behind the counter to the kiosk. For example it's hard to find the specials on the kiosk.

Drive thru was super slow. No ice cream. No lemonade. Oh the humanity!!! Kid was nice at the window and we got a lebron!!! Maybe they should not ask for receipts when picking up food from the second window.

They gave my daughter a happy meal without the chicken nuggets. We was missing 3 10 piece nuggets 2 medium fries as well. The girl taking our order took forever then walked away and left us standing and never did come back. Not sure why we did but we managed to flag down another worker to finish our order. Then it took over 20 minutes to get our food well some of it then another 20 to get the rest of it. Mind you this was an inside order we was eating it there.

Went to drive through, both my large fries were actually cold, therefore I parked and went inside to exchange for hot fries. Person took the cold fries I walked inside with and tossed them back in with all the other fries that were already made. Guess he trusted me not to have done anything terrible to those fries before I took them back inside. Gave me new fries that were somewhat warm. I then decided that I am done with fast food establishments.
