Which Wich

I ordered a black bean patty sandwich with avocado and provolone cheese ONLY for curbside pickup. I got home and this is what they gave me. My receipt with my order was attached to the bag. No black bean patty, no cheese but they added wet lettuce and tomato that made the bread soggy beyond repair (thats why I quit ordering the veggies. I add them at home). And they won’t answer their phone so I’m out of luck.

Cold bacon on a toasted BLT sandwich that I ordered online and they didn’t start making until after the 18 minute estimated pickup time, and they forgot half of the meat that I paid for. Don’t go to this place, understaffed with abscent minded employees that obviously don’t care to work there Update: The Owner reached out to me, refunded my meal and apologized. for the service. Updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I will reconsider updating this if I eat from this location again.

I mean really if I could give .5 of a star I would. I placed an online order to this store for my lunch break which is only 30 min. I spent $16 on a inadequate meal and the service was horrible. I ordered a CHZBURG WHICH, chips and a drink. When I went in to get my order, the manager handed me my food and my drink was already made, which I thought was strange due to COVID but I took the order anyway. I sat in my car excited to try the sandwich and it was not as advertised. No sauce, pickle or tomato, grey meat, barely any bacon and the cheese 'melted' and sloppy all over the sandwich. I took a bite out of the sandwich before realizing it wasn't what I ordered so I took it back into the restaurant and was met by the manager again to which I asked, does this sandwich not come with any of the toppings its advertised with? His reply was "We'll take a look for you." While waiting for a adequate replacement, I heard one of the employee's yell, "Did I not add the sauce?! I definitely added the sauce, I added everything.." and proceeded to keep talking loudly to another employee while my sandwich was being 'fixed' by another employee. The manager tells the employee fixing my sandwich to "Just throw it up there, whatever it is lacking, just throw it on there." I get the replacement sandwich and went back out to my car only to find out that the sandwich was NOT remade, the bites were still there, they gave me the same sandwich with the sauce all over the packaging, and the tomato and pickles that were added made the rest of the once hot sandwich COLD. Again, I paid almost $20 for an inadequate meal and poor customer service. I have friends in food and bev and it is pinnacle that a fresh order be made due to health violations. I literally felt sick, after taking a bite of the sandwich. I went back into the restaurant and asked for a refund, instead of trying to rectify the situation any further, he asked me for the card, I explained I used a digital version of a different card so I did not have it but that I had another card, to which he replied that it was ok, he swiped the card and handed it to me and said nothing. No receipt, 'we're sorry about the inconvenience have a nice day', NOTHING. Genuinely had to be the worst customer service that I have received and for patrons to pay almost $20 for a sandwich and some chips, its unacceptable.

The service was very unenthusiastic to say the least, and my order was made very sloppily. One of my sandwiches had the bread so soaked they couldn't eat it at all, and the "spice" was way too spicy. I used to love Which Wich when it was in my area, but it closed down since then, and haven't been to one in years.

Please fix your business! Arrived at the time I was supposed to for pickup and order was just starting to be made. One fries were cold the other were hot because The counter person had to make more fries. Supposed to be a hot which got a cold which and no ranch sauce is came with the fries as ordered.
