What to say? It’s bad day. When I ordered, the girl who was at front couldn’t process it properly hence more bill came for same order. Then it took a long time to come my food/sandwich. Bun/bread was over cooked/burnt they replaced it when I showed them. They missed one part of my order and when I asked they( manger ) said it’s cooking. At last to my surprise, I got bug ( don’t know if it was in cucumber or where ) but that my son identified and then we went to front desk and they refunded.
But it was really bad/worst experience ever.

I’ve been twice in a month spand, I’ve asked for fresh chicken fries. Both times I’ve gotten three to four fresh ones out of 27 chicken fries. I know it takes time and not everyone wants to make that, but shouldn’t get a small percentage then the taste and texture change.

may God forgive me for what i'm about to say but i'm not going to this burger king anymore. I drive 11 minutes to go to this one because it is the closest but I prefer to drive 5 more miles. The man at the window has a very unpleasant appearance and not to mention dripping sweat or drool, the truth is I'm not even sure.

I hadn't been to a Burger King in some time and I work close to this one so figured I would stop in. The inside was ok, spacious and for the most part clean and organized. When I got my food I was disappointed, the large fry was more like a small. Other than that the food was tasty and I like that they have one of those soda dispensers where you can pick your soda and add flavors.

Nice people working here. Not so good food. Orthodox setup inside...the ordering station/area inside is literally at the entrance door; mo space whatsoever - customers piled onto each other. Eating area is very small; seems like everyone could be in everyone’s conversation. The sandwiches were dry (tender crisp and whopper) and not hot. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I wouldn’t eat here again.

Average Burger King, a little messy and disorganized like most. Food is exactly what you expect at Burger King so if you like it then you will be good here.

I haven't eaten BK in over a decade. My daughter had a craving for their chicken sandwich, so we drove though. My expectations were low. Our brief experience was exceptional in every way! The gentleman who took our order was sharp, courteous, accurate, and appropriately charming. The young lady at the window was likewise efficient, courteous, and accurate. Our small order was prepared as we ordered it, supremely fresh, promptly delivered, and delicious in every way. I had a burger at Ted's Montana Grill a few days ago that cost 4x as much, and was only moderately as enjoyable. The staff at this BK location should be commended for a job well done during a difficult time, and the management should be recognized for retaining excellence. Management: be on notice that these rare employees are in high demand. Please compensate them appropriately, or I'll hire them away from you!!

Welp....You must go in the earlier part of the day...The older guy at night, appearance is very distasteful...Looks to need clothes and a good cleaning..Mask is never above nose...hair look as if just got up.hands are very dirty .The staff speaks Spanish..so check your order before leaving the drive thru....
The only reason I gave a 2..because of the lady on days.....Not a good representation
