What more can be said. It is Chick-fil-A. They are super awesome. We called an hour ahead, asking if they could accommodate a bus of about 60 students, and they were extremely willing to help. They made sure to get names so food could be delivered to the correct student. All the food was hot, especially with the number of people. Overall, I have a great appreciation for places that can accommodate a large group of students, and Chick-fil-A never disappoints.

It's amazing how efficient this company is- and consistent. It's very rare to find a CFA that doesn't move the long lines faster than other "fast" food takes to serve three people. Food was good, as usual. Place was clean and the staff friendly.

I never thought I would be posting a bad review for a Chick-fil-A but after several mediocre visits to the Morristown CFA I have come to the conclusion that this is the worst CFA that I have visited. Person taking order was not unfriendly but not up to CFA expectations. Order was incorrect and when returned the food to get correct order there was no offer to subtract the difference in the meal that I was charged for and the meal that I ordered. No "I'm sorry" or any empathy for the mistake and it was what appeared to be a person in a leadership role. Attempted to get napkins which were never given to us and was ignored by at least four different employees before I stopped someone and ask for napkins. She motioned across the restaurant and said "they are over there". I gave up on the napkins and attempting to get a drink refill. I realize CFA is busy at lunch and the parking and interior of this location is substandard so I commend them for overcoming these issues, but CFA is a yardstick for customer service and this location has never measured up in my experience. You can have a great corporate culture but ultimately you are only as good as the leadership and personel in the store.
This location is more like a McDonald's then a Chick-fil-A😥

I don't think I could ever say anything bad about Chick- fil-a. They are one of the cleanest places to eat. I used to work at the one in Sevierville and I wouldn't be afraid to eat off their floor. They are that clean.

This is a nice clean restaurant. I always try to go to get my cow calendar reward. I was disappointed they didn't have spicy chicken biscuits anymore but the food was good. I love the chicken minis. Everything is always hot and fresh. What would be even better would be to have a self service fountain drink machine. 🐄🐄🐄🐄🐄🐄
