Best McDonald's in town!! There is some good people who work here. If you want great food or a great job with fair promotion opportunities this is the place!! Thank you Sarah and Michelle for being great managers, leaders and whole some people! You make this store great!

It's McDonald's. The expectations are bottomless. Most often, customer service is laughably horrendous. There seems to be no organization and you have to re educate each person you come in contact with what your order is and make sure you check it before you leave the parking lot. They often forget about people they have told to pull up. Definitely too much stress for a quick bite.

Food was just old and there was a person bagging and eating her food on the bags. I work fast food we would get chewed out and told to take it in the back. Just a bunch of people standing around, they'd see us and just stand there and talk and laugh. Tables were also dirty.

I love their sausage egg and cheese McGriddle I waited in the drive to about 3 minutes and that day the lady at the drive-thru said the McGriddles were selling a lot thank you for your service and the good tasting food.

Alpha McDonald’s located on the corner of 160 and 11E has fast service and clean atmosphere. The staff is always smiling. The food is fresh and wasn’t just slapped together.

Food is good but they are so SLOW. Don’t go if you’re on your way to work you will definitely be late ( even if you’re running early)

This is consistently the worst McDonald's around. Half the time they get the order wrong and 100% of the time the customer service is terrible. If they speak to you its just a mumble.
