Cluck U Chicken

I’ve been going to cluck in Morristown for 15+ years. Always amazing but today they succeed the usual amazing service. The first delivery driver was so nice and friendly hung out and talked for a little while because we work at a barber shop and was asking about our services. I proceeded to eat and realized they gave me BBQ sauce instead of sweet chili. I called and wanted to just let them know I got the wrong order. They then immediately offered to send me the right order. It arrived within 15 minutes and they gave me extra chicken!!!!! Will forever recommend this exact location. Thanks cluck!

I would give this place 20 stars for customer satisfaction!! Neil from Cluck-U Morristown is exactly what customer satisfaction is all about. I explained to him that I don’t live in NJ any longer but I absolutely love their sauce. The website was down and I can understand with all the Covid problems I get it. But Neil was more than happy to accommodate me with getting my favorite sauces. He totally took care of me with no hesitation at all. That’s customer satisfaction!!! On a late night hunt for food, my road trip group found this chicken spot about 5 minutes off of interstate 287. Considering most places were closed or closing at the time, options were limited. We did call to confirm that they were open for indoor dining and they told us they were open to 12am as the website said. Entering the establishment, there is a lot of wall graphics and signs that advertise the place. We were greeted by a cashier who was patient in taking our order as it was our first time here. We ordered Mozzarella Sticks, Chicken Tenders, Chicken Wings and a few drinks. When I tell you the food came fast, it was a little scary how fast. Most places you assume that if it’s fast, it’s pre-made and they just toss it in the sauce. Considering we were all hungry, this was not a concern for us. What I will say is they must’ve either prepped it fresh or just made it because WOW it was delicious! The mozzarella sticks had an amazing cheese pull which I accidentally smacked my brothers face attempting to get a really long pull. Attached is an example of the cheese pull. The wings were crispy but not too dry and no too wet. Just perfect! We split the wings to 10 Buffalo and 5 BBQ which was a good decision. I will say the Buffalo sauce wasn’t as spicy as I wanted but still had a little kick. The “mild” bbq wasn’t really mild but hey, I’m not gonna bust their chops over the sauce. Overall, great experience! This will now be a must go to on our road trip travels! I will highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick bite to eat and not too far off the interstate!
