I love ramen, and this tonkotsu is very good, the shasu as well, super well done.
Now, the ladies on the frontline, may be the reason takeway is so popular.
The rice and salad bowls (make your own) is really good! Fresh vegetables and the dressings made the bowl delicious. The service takes some time, so feel free to place the order ahead. I’m definitely going here again!

Without a doubt, the best ramen place I have been to in the area. Service is quick and everyone there is friendly. Food is DELICIOUS. Tried a couple things and cannot wait to go back to try more of their menu. We had the spicy Tonkotsu ramen and it was amazing. The soup was spicy and flavorful. They use egg noodles which are my favorite and the pork belly was nice and tender. Definitely recommend this or the original Tonkotsu ramen if you’re not into spicy. It’s not too hot but there’s a little kick. We also got the Lincoln signature roll aka a wrap. I’ve never had a sushi wrap before and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. The process there is cool too because you can actually create your own burritos, bowls, poke bowls, etc. Lastly, I got the J.K Rowling fries. They are korean or Japanese style fries topped with kimchi, pork belly, cheese, spicy mayo, and teriyaki sauce. Pretty heavy side dish but very tasty. One hundred percent would recommend checking this place out. I was not disappointed. Update: adding comments for COVID regulations as of September 2021. Interior is very clean and all staff members are wearing masks. Felt like a very safe experience.
I really like Inspiration Roll for their customizable meals! If you have any dietary concerns or allergies, it is perfect because you can pick each and every ingredient that goes in your meal. Seating can be a bit limited, but the interior has a cozy vibe. Every time I have went, the ingredients have been fresh and clean! Personally, I love the poke salad and would highly recommend adding fried onions to your salad! The pricing can be a bit higher, depending on what you order, but I think it is perfect for lunch!
Great local spot for Poke bowls! Very worth it. I built my own with wild rice, tuna, 4 sides (oshinko, edemame, seaweed salad, and cucumber) with sauce (spicy mayo and ginger) and sprinkle topping (inspiration mix and fried onion). Everything is fresh and tasty. The serving size is quite big for me and there’s enough food for 2 meals. They have takeout containers so you can bring your leftovers to go.
Solid ramen in the area. Very tasty and flavorful. JK fries are top notch and excellent. Our go to for Buddha bowls in the area.
I ordered them through door dash while I'm at work a block away. I ordered their pork buns without nuts and their spicy tonkotsu ramen.
1: Buns were really good and had the right amount of kick to them with the spicy mayo. pork was both rough and soft at the same time! love the difference in textures.
2: the real star was definitely the ramen. I personally love to go out and try different ramen spots around NJ. here in Morristown so far, this place has hit the mark with their spicy ramen. it straight up tastes different slow cooking the spice with the broth as opposed to adding the spicy stuff after the broth was made like some other spots do!
I've got to say I made the right choice in ordering here today. no regrets whatsoever!

Very good ramen, prices are reasonable, and it has a decent amount of seating. I definitely did not expect to find this decent of a Ramen place in Morristown
Great spot and affordable prices. I would recommend the rice bowl over the sushi burrito as you get much more value for your money. Everything was great and I look forward to coming back. Best of all, it's BYOB
If you're hesitant about trying a sushi burrito... Do it, you won't regret it! 🌯🍣 Plenty of cooked options if raw fish isn't your thing.
