Rude associates. Coffee was horrible. I took two sips and discarded the remaining. Will return to Starbucks or Barbarosa.

We truly enjoy drinking Caribou coffee. While living in Colorado, we discovered the Caribou coffee shops. We were regular customers at one of the locations in Aurora, CO. Now living in Texas , the only place that has a coffee shop is in the Austin International Airport upstairs location. Can’t buy coffee there unless you are flying in/out and have past thru security. Which we could have a Caribou Coffee Shop in the Austin, Tx area.

They don’t pay attention to what you want and order. Customer service is nonexistent.
Asked for latte no sugar still came with sugar.
Upon asking she is saying oh it comes with sugar. Dahh should have told me when I ordered.
