Mcdonald's

Staff is unfriendly, and they all seem tired and crabby. I would just like to say that patience is something everyone here needs. And workers should not throw a fit when you don’t want to use the kiosk things to order. Food is put together very sloppily and the inside of the building is disorderly and has garbage all over.

This McDonald’s is TERRIBLE! I order on July 20, 2021, Tuesday, at 4:43pm via DoorDash a Big Mac with cheese, no onions, no lettuce with extra Mac sauce and A Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal. Obviously the cooks can’t read that big ol’ screen in the back or follow directions. Even in the picture on the ticket it says No onions No lettuce. On the Quarter Pounder Deluxe they put 6 tomato slices and 9 pickles smothered it in Mayo and ketchup. Whoever prepared the food did that with intent and to me this is very disrespectful. This isn’t the first time either. This McDonald’s doesn’t even deserve a ⭐️. You can tell the lack of work ethics and poor management in the preparation of the food. Smh

4/17/2022 ~6pm. This is the single most dirty McDonald’s I have ever stepped foot in. There is sticky stuff all over the floors, litter all over the floors, drink station is in a sad sad state. I watched multiple people come over to the counter to ask for napkins because the dispensers were empty. Not once did someone simply fill them up. The tables were all filthy, not once did I see someone come and wipe tables. The trash cans are very full. There are inventory boxes on the counter that I watched customers go through to get a sauce. Ten minutes of one persons dedicated time could fix each of these issues. The bathrooms were also a mess. Toilet paper all over the ground, random rolls laying around. I can’t believe there is a group of people working here and not one of them can speak up about what would make it better. The employees, while I was attempting to ask for napkins stood there with all three of their backs to the customers. They were talking about work drama. Not the time or the place for workplace gossip when there are so many other issues. I hope this location can find a leader that suits them. They clearly do not have it right now. This is not a personal attack to the employees, I know that times are tough. But not rough enough to not take pride in your jobs.

The guy at the window seemed like he could care less about anything. Instead of a greeting he started with "what can we get ya" after giving my order, instead of reading back my order or giving a total he just says "Alright" this happens often. The food was what we ordered. It was hot and fresh. Just wish the customer service from this guy would be better

Ok I give it a one star because when we got there, there was a long line and this one guy in front was waiting for his change and I don't know I think something was broken so he couldn't get it. But then when it was our turn, our credit card was ready and then the employee said that the card reader was broken, although all the others were perfectly fine, of course the one she was using was broken. So we had to dig it some spare cash we had. And then she didn't even give us a receipt so we didn't know which number we had so we had to wait until they called the food that was in the order. And then when we went to fill up our drinks and the fountain we ordered small and there wasn't even a small lid so we had to ask for them to get some and then the employee had to go look in the back. He started talking to us and he sounded so grumpy and he said that it was because people were quitting but you could tell there was a lot of employees. And then when we went to get our ketchup, it was empty so we tried the other one and that was empty. I would not suggest going to this one.

This is a waste of money. Rude teenagers that Roll there eyes.I went last week I got a Mc chicken that had no mayo hard bun. Told the young girl she rolled her eyes said something under her breath. Just went a few minutes ago again the buns was hard had no ketchup. Asked if I could get napkins she rolled her eyes again. With prices high. I think il got to a different fast food restaurant.
