I want to know the owners name of this place, the worst service! Signs on door that say open at 11:30, don’t open doors at 11:45, won’t answer phone and then want to talk crazy to me! I ask for manager she comes over drive thru speaker, ( cause they still haven’t unlocked the doors) scream at me not her FN fault they ain’t got enough workers! WELL IT ISN'T THE CUSTOMERS FAULT, we the ones spending the money to keep them open, when the rest of the world is going bankrupt! I HAVE IT ALL ON RECORDING! THE MANAGER SAID HER MANAGER IS MICHELLE AND I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW GO CONTACT HER! Well she can contact me or i will contact owner of the franchise BUT NOT BEFORE I GET MY 100,000 followers on yelp to protest with signs!!! As a business owner myself I’m well aware how things should be handled and what would happen if ANY of my employees acted or spoke like this to customers! The best advertising is word of mouth, and I’m only one person, but I will be continuing to share this, post it, and tell everyone I meet, until someone contacts me with my well deserved apologies! LONG JOHNS IN MORRIS IS THE WORST, and it’s not the food, it’s the employees!

Ordered my food, was told to park ahead for my food. Waited 25 minutes and no food. Ended up going through again, waiting 48 minutes for my food in a drive thru because they claimed they couldn't find the only car parked in their lot where they said to park, and were rude on top of it when they handed me the food. Normally you get an apology and gift card for the inconvenience. Not here, they hate thier customers! The fries were cold as well, probably the ones I originally ordered. Avoid this place at all costs!
