My husband, step daughter and I went to dinner here 3 years ago. The menu did not offer a large variety of options and the service was not a pleasant experience. When we said something to the manager we received a card in the mail with an apology and a gift card asking to come back to give them the opportunity to make it right. Well my husband and I went back for a date night (3 years later) and I'm happy to say it was a nice night. Cocktails were yummy, food was good and the service was a pleasant experience. The managers walked around and spoke to the customers to ensure everything was good and they were so nice. I would totally recommend this restaurant.

The service was excellent. Everyone was warm and friendly. The staff went out of their way to write a happy birthday note to my daughter and made her feel extra special. The staff came out several times to address my daughter's allergies. Food was delish. What a gem!

Grato's ambiance always makes me want to come back. The food and cocktails are delicious, and the service is great. This restaurant is more fancier compared to the norm, but that's what makes it special.

Wow!!! What can I say that hasn’t already been said. Beautiful, comfortable atmosphere in the dining room. Professional wait staff are there working hard to please you. The food is the best of it’s kind made by, I’m sure, professionally trained chefs. This restaurant is owned and operated by the same company that runs the Tabor Road Tavern next door. If you long for a well made meal set is a comfortable “better than home” environment this restaurant is for you. Look at the photos just to see what a fuss they made over our anniversary. We booked dinner table for my birthday. The food is amazing. They didn’t have pumpkin cake in menu which my wife had enquired So they specially arranged Pumpkin muffins on house for us which shows how thoughtful their staff is!

Good Italian food especially pizza. Spinach & artichoke pizza was delicious. I wish they had more vegetarian options. There are about 5 vegetarian options in their entire menu. Everything was freshly made. Food came out slow but that was okay since the food was freshly prepared. Service was excellent. Our server was really polite. Enjoyed lunch

Delicious Italian food in a warm and inviting atmosphere. I can here for lunch and it was a perfect 1st time meal to have here. We had the fresh bread, orichette, lunch special, and chopped salad. Everything was delicious.

BEST ANNIVERSARY EVER. Gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. Best filet mignon I’ve ever had!! Richard P. was such an attentive server. Drinks were great too. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK. SUPER ROMANTIC!!😄

This place has such a cozy, intimate and casual dining atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and personable. The service could have been faster.. We waited about fifteen minutes to have our order taken. However, I have zero faults with the overall service we received and especially not the food! Our starters and main course were amazing. Thank you for your hospitality, Grato! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
