Bread was hard as a BRICK . Promised another sandwich tomorrow,went back only for manager to say that he would only give me a refund if I produce the old sandwich ( which he did not ask for the night before and I threw it away ) I avoid the place .. Godbless

The worker was so unbelievably rude to me about me asking her to use the bathroom (before I ordered food) and she told me I could drive down the street to the gas station instead with the ugliest look on her face. I would never be rude to somebody so I don’t know why I got this treatment from this terrible employee. She repped the store so poorly, I did not give Subway my business.

The food is like a typical Subway. They try very hard to accommodate with fresh ingredients, but sometimes weather and slim picks on produce do hurt them. They have excellent customer service despite a few language barriers (my Hindi isn't so great. However, they are mostly proficient in English), but they are always friendly and ready to help. There are many places in Morgantown, but if you're looking for quick eats right off of the Natcher Parkway, I'd stop here.

In this location, the food was OK, the service was good but the ladies bathroom was out of order and the men's was quite unclean

I understand people were being trained.but when the trainer saw and told the girl why not to do what she did cause the sandwich would fall apart in the customers lap...yet didn't have her fix it.i was supposed to get 2 scoops of steak i got 2 halves....didn't cut the footlong in half charged me for a soda when i ordered a water.i got a full refund and was out.not going back

Morgantown has a very good Subway. Too bad they don't have a drive through. Update: Lately, we cannot get enough of their wraps! Great stuff!
