GOOD FOOD.
Look, it's the same takeout/delivery Chinese food you get at every one of these places at every town in America. That said, it was of consistent quality every time I ordered from here. That was more or less weekly for 3 years when I worked at WVU.
Also, the staff in-store were friendly, courteous, and efficient, whenever I would go in person to pick up an order.
It's as good a place as any for take out Chinese food, if not better.

I don't often leave a bad review... but this place was gross. Dry, stale food. Generals Tsos chicken was chewy... and without sauce. The pu pu platter was... bad. Flat tiny shrimp, green tinged chicken wings, stringy beef, and spring rolls with extra paper cooked onto it. Not to mention everything was flat... just ew. Never, again.

We ordered from here for the first time because our usual place doesn’t deliver and we did not feel like driving. The beef lo mein was pretty bad. We just threw it away. The fried dumplings were the best thing they had. The fried rice was average and wasn’t actually all that fried but it was still ok and edible. Shrimp roll was good. I guess I’ll just make the trip to my usual place from now on. I probably won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered late at night fairly close to when they were closing (not intentionally to be a hassle) but my food arrived quickly and in great conditions! Taste was good and you can tell they really strive for perfection of service! Great first experience from New Foo Sheen! I hope that the delivery service maintains this standard!

Usually pretty good Chinese food at a standard rate. I’ve had maybe one or two meals here that wasn’t to my liking but other than that it’s good food. They really lack customer service Though (when you call they come off extremely rude). Other than that if you can get through the lack of service, it’s good food for a good price.

Very poor customer service! The food I received was completely stale and not fresh and when I call back to tell him the issue, the guy who always answers the phone just starts laughing like I’m telling him a joke! Absolutely bad quality food and customer service, I will personally never ever buy food from there again!
