Like someone else said, its hit or miss with this place. Sometimes the food is good and the service is great, other times the majority of what you order goes in the trash. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich tonight and the bread was completely soggy, to the point of being completely inedible! You get slightly excited when you pull up to the drive thru and there isn't a huge line, only to get your food and wish you hadn't even stopped. Another 12 bucks wasted!! And yet another fast food place close to my work that will be added to the list of places I will never go again!

Bacon chedder burger was given shredded cheese instead of slice, no crispy onions, hardly any bacon. Baconater meal didn't get its fries and was half the size it normally is with hardly any Bacon. My potato didn't get its chives. I get being busy but is it that hard to read and make the order right? What a waste of 27 bucks.

I absolutely LOVE the staff they are always so positive, in fantastic moods. They get my food right all the time. I highly recommend food is DELICIOUS! :)

The worst experience I have had with Wendy's. The hamburger was cold and dry the cheese wasn't even melted. The fries were cold even the unsweetened ice tea tasted sour. The only plus the chillies was good. I had them add cheese and sour cream

Very poor staff & service, including the managers! They don't handle replacing orders the right way & have poor attitudes towards customers!

I’ve done Doordash for the past couple months, and I dread having to deal with the service here. The first time I came to pick up a meal and a drink, but as I was at the window I had another order come through. I told them and they told me to circle around the building, and they had a big line so I had to wait a whole 15 minutes to get the second meal. I was required to receive a meal and a chocolate frosty. I got the meal, no frosty. I asked where the frosty was and they scoffed at me, handing me a random cup of soda and shut the door. Unbelievably rude, but I gave it two stars due to a new worker who seems really nice. Still wouldn’t recommend going there, as they mess mess up big orders pretty frequently, and scoff when you say they got it wrong.

Don't go to the drive thru at night. I waited in the drive thru for an hour! I probably should have given up after my car hadn't moved in the first 10 minutes but for some reason I was stubborn and waited. The food was fine but as someone who has worked in fast food, there's no reason it should take over 10 minutes per car
