Waited almost 2 hours for my order that wasn’t able to be tracked. Had to call the store 5 times before they would even answer to cancel the order. Refund of course won’t show up until Monday or Tuesday and now I have to order dinner from some where else with wait times of a minimum of an hour 🙃 don

Jimmy Johns is generally great if you need to grab something to eat and quickly. This location, however, consistently fails to live up to the company's "Freaky Fast" slogan. They earned this one star review not for being tasty and Freaky Fast but mind-boggling, [expletive] slow.
