Warning from a Pho expert: Scam with the MEAT!!!! Stay away from their Pho Tai (S1 selection, sliced beef steaks soup noodles)!!!
I ordered a beef steak pho today and got this cooked white meat. In their description, this soup noodles should be with rare to medium cooked beef slices meat, they are totally cooked, that’s not the biggest problem, but white meat serving so called “steak slices”!?!?
I asked them to bring the raw steak slices out, the minute I looked at them, I thought they are pork, YES, PORK, pink color meat. Of course I couldn’t just put those raw meat in, so I ate one piece of those fully cooked in my bowl and I knew it’s not beef, nothing taste like beef meat, more like dried overcooked and tasteless pork. The soup with beef shouldn’t be that clear and tasteless, because beef meat are more juicy.
Super disappointed, I don’t mind they don’t speak English, but please serve what it’s said on the menu.
The second stars are given for their boba tea and the vermicelli noodles with grilled meats, they were good.

I visited this place for the first time since moving to WV from Texas back in 2020. I will say this. Right off the bat, walking into this place is just plain awkward. Unless you're looking for all of the mutlple signs telling you how and where to order, it's a bit confusing. The guy behind the counter couldn't understand me when I was asking where to order or just be seated. And he didn't speak but 2 words of English to me. Which would be fine if I'd known what I was walking into. He pointed towards what I thought was the table, which after sitting there awkwardly for 5 minutes and finally seeing the self serve signs that he was pointing at the kiosk for me to place my own order. Once you read the signs, it makes sense but even when I was through eating I was left questioning if I had to put my own dishes away too? It would be super helpful for newer guests to have someone that could at least help direct their guests on where and how to order rather than just being greeted with a hello and a bunch of pointing. In total, I spent at least 7-10 minutes in this place not understanding what to do, if I was going to be seated by someone, if someone was going to come take my order. The rules and guides are just... All over the place.
Not the best pho I've had but it's the only place I've found locally. Now that I know how to navigate, I'll be back. Oh and their spicy crunchy garlic seasoning it amazing.

The food was great! My friend got pho and I got a Bahn mi chicken sandwich, which was delicious. They had a little buffet spot to get bean sprouts and various veggies to add to the soups. Also the service set up was really convenient: you order at a kiosk and input your table number then they bring your food to you. We got ours super quick; there were very few other guests and we went at about 3 on a Saturday. Other reviews say this is the best pho in WV, and I can't say I disagree -- though I think it might also be the only pho in WV... still. Overall, very pleased!

They forgot my vegetables for the Pho. The Bahn Mi was okay. The summer rolls were dry. The steam buns were very dry. They charged me a plastic bag fee for take out. Drive the 1 hour to Pittsburgh for a nicer Vietnamese experience.

Vacationing in Morgantown and found this restaurant while trip planning. I ordered $30 worth of food because I wanted to try so many dishes. I got the lettuce wrapped chicken egg rolls, spicy beef noodle soup and Durian coconut sticky rice. I was expecting a lot more lettuce for the lettuce wrapped chicken egg rolls. I guess I was supposed to get the lettuce from the self serve bar. My mistake considering my first time here. The spicy beef noodle soup is so spicy! 🥵 Lol. I expected pho noodles but I got the round noodles which reminds me of spaghetti noodles. I prefer rice noodles, pho, or any flat noodles. I can taste the bone marrow in the broth. The Durian coconut sticky rice was a disappointment and false advertising! It looks nothing like the photos and I got one decent size chunk and the rest was raisin size, if that. Definitely not worth 8.95!! I think ordering take out, some restaurants take advantage of the opportunity to give lower quality food considering the customer is less likely to come back with the food. It's interesting that the menu has some default items and give the option to customize if you like. I don't plan on coming back, but if I do, maybe I will try the sandwiches. It is unlikely that I will return.

The food was great and was well packed to go.
The ordering was a bit of a surprise for me personally. When you go there you order from kiosk in the restaurant itself not from the front desk to go.
I think if you're eating there you order from the kiosk as well.
In personal pet peeve but they shouldn't be allowed to ask or allow a tip until you've actually got your food or service. Yeah I know it would mess up their workflow in processing credit cards but tip should come after.

My husband and I travel the US in our van, so we find ourselves indulging in pho all over the country. I have to say I was reluctant at first because I’ve had some not so great experiences but we left thinking that this is one of the best we’ve had.
The portions are HUUUGE and it comes with tons of meat. I didn’t get rice and I still couldn’t finish. The food comes out quickly and although the ordering system threw me off at first, in the end we had a delicious clear broth that I smothered with toppings (that I’ve never gotten anywhere else).
Love,

Really neat concept: you place your order at the kiosk, enter your table number, and they deliver it to your table. The dishes with sides, you select your own sides at the "salad bar", and can select your own spiciness at the spice bar. I had beef Pho, side of rice with homemade soy sauce, and mango sticky rice. The Pho was great, but I wasn't a fan of the homemade soy sauce - too sweet for me. Mango sticky rice was cute, but I didn't like the sweet/sour sauce on top of it. Once I scraped that off though I liked it fine - perfect mango!
All in all, I can't wait to return and try more items, to find my favorites! Great prices, large sizes.
